What I loved about the game is the atmosphere. Dark and eerie but not too much. Only a few hidden object scenes which is great. I don't like when there is too many. And they aren't to hard. The hint system works well.
Storyline is good and without giving away too much: Your carriage is attacked by a wolf on your way to your new job. And you must find shelter in a town. From there your adventure starts as you investigate what has happened. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was I thought it was a bit short even with the extra game play which I believe you need because it properly concludes the story.
I recommend this game!

Way too many hidden object scenes. More than the first game: Missing: A search And Rescue. The story line was good as you go in search of your friend. The quality of this game overall disappointed as it seemed to be rushed through or it wasn't properly finished. It didn't draw me in as much. If you want a short hidden object/very little adventure game than I would recommend it. If you want a game as the same quality as the first one don't bother unless you have a free credit. Which is what I used. I am glad it didn't come in a collectors edition. When you play the game you can see why
I love the idea of the red riding hood characters. The storyline drew me in instantly. It is for older gamers(12+) I would say. The beautiful scenery: the forests, the mist castle etc. Everything in it was created beautifully. The hidden objects scenes are the best like all Dark Parable games: they aren't silhouette or from a list and at the end you get one object. Instead it's parts of the object that create one. This is how I rate all the Dark Parable Games in order: 1. Dark Parables: Exiled Prince 2.Dark Parables: The Red Riding Hood Sister 3. Dark Parables: Rise Of the Snow Queen 4. Dark Parables: Curse Of the Briar Rose The only reason the only reason Red Riding hood got second is I felt it was a bit short. Exiled Prince was to me alot longer in game play. Other than highly recommended.

Really great game. Very little HO scenes which is the way I like it. Graphics are great as they suit the story line. You must buy the collectors as the bonus chapter will lead to the next one.

What a great game. I love the atmosphere of it. The story line is excellent. It drew me in straightaway. And yes there is no hidden object scenes. The only criticism is the hint system. It does not load quick enough in the easiest setting. But other than that it is a great dark atmospheric game.

Quite a good game. Easy to learn. The story line was great. Maybe not as good as Hidden Mysteries: Salem Secrets. But it is a good game. Graphics were clear for me. Not too many hidden objects scenes which was great. And they weren't too hard. I would recommend this game.
