This is a fun filled adventure game with a beautiful setting. If you like those kind of games as much as pirate stories, this is perfect for you. You must find a secret treasure on a tropical Island which you have inherited from your former captain. behind you are some pirates who try to b steal the treasure. You explore the island and the longer you play, the more you get involved in the history of the island.
The theme is somehow similar to "Return to Mysterious Island", however the aim is here to find a treasure here and not to be rescued from the island like in the other game.

This game is the sequel of "Return to Mysterious Island". It all starts with the end of Part one, the rescue of the main character. By accident she could not be rescued and together with her ape (which she made friends with in part one) she has to solve more riddles to get in contact again to the outside world. As in part one some riddles are easy to solve, others are quite tricky. In this game you have to decide which of the characters you play. Depending on that you can or cannot solve some things.
As already in part one, you have superb graphics, full of details. You will be caught by the setting once you play.
Although this game can be played by itself, I recommend that you should play "Return to Mysterious Island" first, to get the story.

Perfect game for all, who love adventure games. The character you're about to play is stranded on mysterious island and has to solve her own situation as well as some secrets on the island to be rescued. Some riddles are easy to solve, others are quite tricky.
Superb graphics, full of details. You will be caught by the setting and once you play you feel like beeing stranded on the island yourself.
The game has a sequel in the game "Retourn to mysterious island: Minas Fate".

this game was the first "Chronicles of Mystery" I bought. It kept me so fascinated and so obsessed, that I had to play for hours and hours to finally solve the plot. Its perfect for players who love historic-fantasy-themes. You are in the middle of solving a old riddle and finding ancient rituals. It reminded me of a story in the footsteps of the book "Illuminati".
Definitely my favorite game. And the successor "Chronicles of Mystery: Tree Of Life" is even better !

This game was my second "Chronicles of mystery" game, and its even more exciting and more tricky as "Chronicles of mysteries: The Scorpio Ritual".
Excellent Graphics, some very difficult things to solve. For players who loved "Scorpio Ritual", they will adore this one.

the game is fun to play, but I expected more. I know the other game of the series "Chronicles of Mystery: The Scorpio Ritual" and "Chronicles of Mystery: Tree Of Life" , and compared to that games this one here is very disappointing. You only have the marketplace + garden as setup to act and to speak to characters. In the middle of the game you do a strange time traveling with several actions and games there, which have nothing to do with the game itself. Also the hidden object games are boring, as you always have to look for the same things. For gamers who know "Scorpio Ritual" and/or "Tree Of Life" they should not buy this game, For all all others I recommend to play this one first and then continue with "Scorpio Ritual" and "Tree Of Life"

Compared to the other two Diamon Jones Adventures (Eye of the Dragon + Amulet of the world) this third part is very disappointing. The story is shorter, not so tricky and the challenges are much more obvious. When you enter a scene you can already spot all the things to be collected you just have to wait for the dialogue to come to the point. Solutions for getting out a trap or fighting the evil are very simple. Also its made very obvious which things have to bee combined to get the result. It took me only about 2 hrs to get through the complete game, while I took several afternoons for the other two Diamon Jones adventures to get to the final.
I don't recommend this game.
