The only reason I only gave this game 4 stars is because the game kept crashing my computer on pretty much every level! In fact, I have not been able to complete the last level because my computer keeps shutting off about half way through the level. Other than that I really like this game and looked forward to playing it when I had time
What I liked: *Challenging enough, but not so much so that it kills the relaxation factor for me *Strategic *Good graphics *Different than most other TM games *The addition of the lumber/rock hauling trains *Being able to create the town using points gained by getting gold stars
Suggestions and What I thought could be better (but weren't deal breakers): *More levels!!! Only 40? Come on! We need a minimum of 60! *More levels!!! *More levels!!! *Collecting all of the lumber or rocks in two or three bundles, rather than all at once like in the first Next Stop *Maybe have the villain do things to sabotage the railroad during some of the levels, just to make the game more interactive *More levels!!!
All of that being said, I hope there is a Next Stop 3!
I thought I would love this game because it is from the same developer as the Delicious series (which I adore) and is a similar format. However...
1. the story line is just ok, not super intriguing like you'd hope from a crime story, and its hard to follow;
2. the banter between the main characters is supposed to create some kind of romantic tension, I think. Actually, Parker is kind of a jerk. I would not want to hang out with her;
3. The upgrades are lame. Half the fun of playing these games is saving up for upgrades but there are only a few and they're offered only every so often;
4. Too difficult to get three stars once you get into the 20's. I like challenging but not when it gets tedious;
5. The music was, as another reviewer said, obnoxious. But there was no music during playing each level, only in between levels.
That said, I'll finish the game but I can only play for a few levels before I get bored. Usually if I really like a game I'll play forever. Oh, and what makes this a Collector's Edition? There are no bonus levels. I feel like most games come out as CEs so we have to pay more $$. I definitely would NOT have paid $19.99 for this game. Fortunately it was on sale for $8.99
I don't recommend this game.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a spinoff of the Mansion Makeovers (I just wish I had purchased the collector's edition instead of the standard version). Some hidden object games are tedious but not the ones by Playrix. I like that they are challenging but not so much that I get frustrated. I hope the developers create a sequel soon!
I recommend this game!

Fun and not too challenging, which I like once in while. However, I was done with the game within a couple of hours. I wish it had several different challenge levels that we could advance to after completing the easier ones. Not really worth the $7.
I recommend this game!

Overall: boring, slow paced, dull graphics. I can see where the developers tried to model this game after Delicious but it is nothing like Delicious. Just wasn't for me. Sorry.
