This is based on approx. 15 mins. of demo. Three modes of play. Starts out with an intro about a young girl of 10 who was found - doesn't know her origin. Then shown as a beautiful young woman who, naturally, calls herself "Black Viper." Her voice is overly dramatic. The mouths move and there are voiceovers. Was interested until I found out the game is almost entirely HOS. Hints are expressed with a gun shot and beginning murder scene is a bit graphic. A game for HO lovers and drama queens.

This is based on about 15 mins. of demo. There is a very long introductory dialog at beginning (you can skip it). Three modes of play: easy, normal and hard. This option isn't shown at beginning of game, only when you choose options. No tutorial; no map; hint system really is not a hint system. I was thinking of using a free game for this until I found out you don't know where to go or do next. Managed to place a few items and find a few things. Since I couldn't progress, I gave up. It's too bad; could have been a fun game.

Am almost finished playing this game. It is an extremely long game (which I like). However, the game shows puzzles, but doesn't really explain what you are to do (you have to press the hint button to even get an idea). I got this as a free game, so got a great deal. It is fun, but, as previously mentioned, the puzzles need to be explained in more detail.

This review is based on approx. 10 minutes of demo. Three levels: normal, hard and detective. There are voice overs and lip movements. Graphics are well done, not too cartoony. You can even skip the HOS, which I found to be a good feature and uncommon. HOS are a little interactive and not too small.
It's good to see a few SE games that haven't been CE's, as a lot of times I can't even use a free game because there's nothing that appeals to me.

Played approx. 15 minutes of demo and found it to be fun. I believe there are 4 levels of play. You have a little helper, who is not obnoxious like some. I have a free game, and will use it to get this one.

When I first played the demo, didn't really care for it. However, after the Presidents' Day sale, where you got 241, I figured there was nothing to lose. Glad I did. The game has some really good puzzles which make you think. It's a fairly long game. I did, like others, find the BFF annoying, but she was ok once you blocked her out (not easy). All in all, a somewhat different, enjoyable game.

After playing about 7 mins. of demo, I think I've discovered a new way to punish a disobedient child. "go to your room and don't come out until you've finished this game."

This review is based on 1/2 of demo. There are only two modes of play - easy and hard. I played "easy," and it was. Hidden object scenes are partially interactive and not too many. Graphics are fine, although "monster's" walk a bit funny. Don't know how long the game is, as no w/t is posted,or needed. Fun game to pass the time or for children.
I thought, after all the cutsey Christmas stuff was over, we'd finally have something in the "real" world and entertaining. Guess what? More of the same.
Please get into the way things are, not fairytales most of the time.
