I like farms or gardens. But I also like instructions. There is no help button or tutorial. There are lots of button icons on the screen, but when you mouse over them, no name comes up, so you have to try every button to find out what it does. I tried one button several times and I still have no clue what it is supposed to be for.
While I was still on level one, the dude who gives you quests (or whatever they are called in this game) told me to make more vegetable patches, but didn't say how to do this. I clicked here and there. I tried various buttons. I looked around everywhere I could think of. Nothing.
My frustration level grew quickly. I looked for help online, including the developer's website. There were lots of complaints about bugs or questions on how to do this or that, but very few answers. I don't need this. I've already uninstalled it from my computer.
I don't recommend this game.

Fishdom 2
Dive into awesome Match 3 fun in Fishdom 2! Swap colorful tiles and earn money to create the aquarium of your dreams!
I got the first Fishdom and thought it was great except for the fact that there was no relaxed mode. I looked at this one and would have bought it right away if it had indicated anywhere in the description or reviews that it had relaxed mode, but nowhere did it tell me that.
So anyway, I finally decided to buy it even without a relaxed mode, and glory be: It has it. So now I can play the way I like to.
The graphics are great. Even cuter than in Fishdom. There are some new things that weren't in Fishdom, like jewels you can collect for extra money and a camera you can use to take pictures of your aquarium with and then use the pictures as the wallpaper on your computer desktop.
So I think this is a great game. If you like match 3 games, this is a really good one.

Other people have discussed the positive features of this game. So I'll just air my gripe: There is no relaxed mode. As you progress through the game, the boards get more and more challenging, and I'm frequently barely able to finish in the time allowed. I don't find this fun or relaxing. I absolutely HATE the chime that starts sounding when you are running low on time. And if I fail to finish in the time and lose all my progress, I don't feel inspired to "try harder." I shut off the game and play something else.
I hope Playrix will come out with a third version of Fishdom and include a relaxed mode. I would buy that instantly.
Most solitaire games I have run across on Big Fish are actually just one game with some kind of story line taking place between hands. This game actually has a LOT of different solitaire games. If you play in the mode with the story line, you play one type of solitaire such as Klondike, then go back to the menu where the story line transports you to the next game which may be Australian, etc. There are four or five different kinds of solitaire in each level. When you level up, the background changes to a different seaside resort.
There is a locked solitaire game at the end of each level which you can only unlock by winning a minigame. Unfortunately, the minigames were ALL types of game that I don't like. At first I kept on until I could win the minigame so that I could unlock the bonus game of solitaire, but eventually I realized that the bonus games were not the style I prefer anyway, so I quit playing the story line and just went on to the other mode of play where you just choose which type of solitaire you want to play from a list. I like this better because I can just play those varieties of solitaire that are my favorites.
Other things I like about this game: *There are very good instructions to help you learn how to play those games you are not familiar with. *There are always hints available if you are stuck. *You earn "bonuses" which are really earned cheats, so that you can usually win the game. What can I say, I like to win!
If you like solitaire, this is the best one I have found for the computer.
