There is no challenge to this game at all. The HO scenes are too short and way too easy. I can't remember what the graphics/visuals were like so they must not have been too impressive. If you have a child that likes HOP games, this one is perfect....for a 7 year old.
I don't recommend this game.

Nothing new, same repetitious game. Fun to play if its free. Not sure I want to buy another one of these games. BIG problem with the puzzles where you have to click and rotate. Does not work on Mac. I'm using a trackpad and there is no way to rotate the pieces. Same on all games like this. Get rid of the rotating pieces. And lets get off the Paris/European storyline, which by the way I do not read. Boring story.
I don't recommend this game.
Join the Ghosts as they build a glorious recreation of the Wild West and challenge yourself to some incredible new Match 3 puzzles!

One of the best games here on BFG. This game never gets old! Iconic and perfect! The only thing I would personally like to see change is less Mahjong and more Hidden Object and Find the Difference.
I recommend this game!
A breathtaking voyage through dreams, reality, and places in between!

Not sure why all the 5 star ratings, especially from the experienced HOG players. I did enjoy playing this game and it did seem longer than most HO games. But there is a lot of room for improvement.
Pros:
Great graphics.
Visually interesting and even funny characters.
New style of HO puzzles.

*No conversation audio. Stopped after the first or second chapter.
*Some of the HO puzzles instructions were confusing. I sometimes found myself staring at the screen trying to figure out how to play, only to finally see the "directions" off to the side blended into the picture.
*Important images (with codes) disappeared too quickly.
*The map was basically useless, it always showed that a scene had an active task (which really wasn't active yet)
*Too easy to click near the bottom and be taken out of the scene.
*Storyline was weird if not confusing.
*I reached the last room of the (childish and basic) bonus game and the non-audio conversation said "the last door, I hope I find something interesting" then....nothing. Took me back to the main screen.
*Couldn't play the card bonus game because i lacked one card. I hate when that happens. Give us the opportunity to go back to that scene and find it. Plus some of these were not easy to find. Sometimes they had it out in open and sometimes you had to click on something to reveal it. What?? Who knew??
*Another thing that bothers me (in all HOGs except Domini) is if I select custom play and want to play with NO skip recharge time for hints and puzzles, I should be able to.

With game play corrections, better storylines and maybe a little less childish, this game/developer would be promising.
I don't recommend this game.

I think I dozed off while playing the demo. This game was just horrible. I dont think I have ever rated a game this low. Those 5 star raters must have been playing a different game. I am slowing losing my faith in playing a great HOG on here again. BFG you can do better than what you have been providing us with in the last 2 years.
I don't recommend this game.

I played the demo and enjoyed the game with its panoramic views. Its a really basic game, not hard to find the hidden objects. I liked how one location leads you to another location by finding the object to open it. Plenty of hidden object scenes to play.
I didnt find the story line very exciting but in this type of HOG I really dont think its pertinent to the game.

I haven't decided if I want to purchase the game (even with my free credit) only because I'm not sure how much more game play is there after the demo. There is no indication of how many levels to the game. If I knew there was a lot more after what I played in the demo, I would definitely buy this.
Not your typical HO game with the storyline that guides the game play. But with the lack of decent HOGs lately, it makes for a nice distraction.
I recommend this game!

I have always looked forward to playing the annual Christmas Wonderlands but this year was a huge disappointment. First there was no storyline like in past versions. I found this years game to be very boring. The game itself was not challenging and it seemed like the developers cut too many corners on this one. And those kids....am I the only one who thinks they look like they are about 60 years old now? None of the featured characters looked normal or good...bad graphic genes lol. I hope the developer gets it together for next year and produces something worthwhile.
If you have a free game coming or there is a big sale, then it would be worth getting and playing this one. But it does not meet full price standards.

I didn't make it past the demo. I think I fell asleep somewhere during that hour. The game did not flow smoothly at all. Play was jumpy & sometimes made no sense. I consider myself an expert at HO games but having to use the map for direction and the hint button to tell me what to do only lends to the fact that the play is confusing and rather boring. The HO scenes were fun but no challenge at all. Puzzles were OK. I won't be buying/finishing this game unless I happen to get a free CE game coupon or there is a BOGO free code.
I'm not sure what Elephant was doing here. Where they just trying to whip out another game to make money? They have done much better in the past. And we HOP game enthusiasts deserve better.
Those 5 star ratings? One of the players rates everything a five and the others I'm guessing are not long time HOP players. Play the demo and decide for yourself but its a No Go for me.

If you are 12 then this game is for you. I couldn't even make it through the demo. If it were geared more for adults (graphics, challenge...) it would be a fun time management game. But as is, no. Do not recommend at all.

The Spellarium series is one of my favorites. Amazing graphics, cute storyline and plenty of variety in the puzzles. The new colored tiles in #4 is great addition to game play. No cons with Spellarium, but I wish there were a few more "find the difference" levels.
If you have never played any of the Spellariums, it is definitely worth the time and $ to go back and start from the beginning of the series.
I recommend this game!
