First, let me say that I generally love Match 3 games by this developer. I usually turn the music off because I listen to audio books as I play, but for some reason, I left it on this time and I fell in love! The music is so wonderful and fits the game and the story so well. If you're like me and don't usually play with the music on, do yourself a favor and turn it on for this game! Hats off to the composer!!

I loved the first game and almost automatically purchased this, but I'm glad I played it first. The background tiles blend in so much with the cleared tiles that it's frustrating to try to figure out where the last few tiles are. Right now, it's a no-buy for me, but I'll try it again in the future.
I don't recommend this game.

I really wanted to like this game. I enjoyed the game-play and the different types of obstacles, but trying to find the tiles that still needed to be cleared was so difficult it took the fun out of the game. Dark grey against a black background just doesn't do it.

I'm so disappointed in this game. The paintings are lovely but the developers didn't tell us the names of the paintings or who they were by! I loved learning about the paintings in the other games. Another small issue is the use of the wrong names for certain objects. Well...maybe not wrong, but, not speaking French, I had no idea that 'ananas' was 'pineapple'!

I got this game as a Beta and fell in love with it. I was anxious for it to be released and hoped that they fixed the one and only thing I found wrong with it: The inability to save the game in the middle of a chapter. This game is LONG!! Depending on your skill at finding people/things, you MIGHT be able to finish a chapter at one sitting, but since I tend to play for just a few minutes at time, not being able to save mid-chapter is frustrating.
All that said, this game is SO much fun! As you look for and find clues, the board turns from black and white to color. The picture is well-drawn and has a lot of fun things to look at and search for. I just really wish that I could save the game mid-chapter!
I recommend this game!

When I first played this game I thought "Why would I want to play a game doing all the household chores that I hate doing in real life???" And then I played.
And kept playing. And played some more! There is something so satisfying about finding all of the messy places and I love the sound of the vacuum cleaner!
The story line is REALLY lame, but I'm getting a kick out of it. Ana is really a good sport...doing all of these cleaning jobs and fixing up her employer's place....for free!!
If you're on the fence about this game, try playing the full hour instead of just a few minutes. You might find that you like it as much as I do!

I've loved this series of games since the very first one and something tells me that this is going to be my favorite. Some people have struggled with Clutter because of the seeming lack of instructions. In past games, they were there, but sort of hidden/intuitive. In this game, the instructions are right up front and the the number of options is huge! If you've never played Clutter, check it out. If you have and didn't like it for some reason, give it another chance!
I recommend this game!

Disclaimer 1: I hate cleaning my OWN place, so I was skeptical about a game that features cleaning!
Disclaimer 2: I only played about half of the demo.
When I first started, I was annoyed that there were no options on the initial screen. The very first thing I do when opening a game is turn down the music and the sound. Nope, nothing on the first screen. After I added my name, an options screen DID come up but the options for sound/music were off/on. Come on developers! It's 2023!! Make the options adjustable!
At first, the game was boring. Click to "clean" stuff. Slide to put stuff away. It kept talking about the brush and the spray, but I didn't see either one.
Although it wasn't clear, you need to clean INSIDE the house in order to get stars to "clean" outside...which you really don't do at all...they're just cut scenes.
It is kind of fun to find stuff that's out of place and scrub the stains (the brush comes up in about the 10th board).
Another thing I don't like is that you don't know exactly how many things you have left to do. There's a blue bar on the top of the screen that tells how close to finished you are, but no way to tell how many tasks you have left.
I'm going to go back and play out my trial time. Like I said...strangely addicting!

but I DID!
"Ugh" said I to myself. Arrows? Space bar? That's so 90s!"
and then I played it.
The tutorial isn't the best I've seen, but it gives you time to practice moving and jumping.
I know some people have complained about having enough dexterity, but it's not totally about how fast/far you can jump or move, but when you should and when you shouldn't move. Or go up. Or down.
My suggestion is give it a try before you decide. Get past the tutorial before closing out and feel your brain (and fingers!) clicking into gear.
I recommend this game!

I love all the Clutter games by Joe. I think the best part of the games is that you can customize them to your skill level. You can turn the timer off, leave it on and keep playing if you run out of time, or just keep trying until you have it beat.
Of all the varieties that Joe Clutter provides, my favorites are Clutter Gap and Sliders. It can take HOURS to do one of the sliders, and the Gaps are my new addiction.
Thanks Joe!
I recommend this game!
