I have always loved faerie solitaire except for the blurry graphics. This remastered version is 100% visually improved. The game play and layout are pretty much the same as the original. It's fun to find all the eggs and hatch them out. I was able to do it once in the original and hope to do it again in this version.

I dropped out of Big Fish for a few years and after coming back I have purchased a lot of games that I missed. This is one of the worst. The mini games are so quirky and sticky (for lack of a better word) that I ended up skipping most of them. I love mini games so that was a bad thing for me. The map doesn't work well toward the end of the game and the hint button also didn't help. This stuff all happened in the last two chapters except for the mini games which were all the way through. I didn't even finish the game. I also can't figure out how to complain to Big Fish about this. What happened to the green envelope? I may have to drop out again.
I just bought this as the catch of the week and am enjoying the game play. Yes the characters are wooden but that's very little of the game. There is a good interactive map which shows where something needs to be done. I don't like overly gloomy, complex games so this just fits nicely into the type of game I enjoy. I almost didn't try it because of the bad reviews but I'm glad I did.
I love puzzles and was very excited about this game. Once in the manor I spent 20 minutes trying to get the door open. There are no directions and no help. The puzzles didn't make sense to me. The only clue is there is something missing. There is no place to look for the missing something. I guess you people who figured it out have a lot more brains than I do. I finally gave up and pushed the skip button and nothing happened.
It says there is a walkthrough but I can't find it. It's definitely a no buy for me.
