This is a superb quality game with very bad story line. Graphics and sound are high end but the story line ruined it all. Puzzles are very simple - the gameplay is very linear. Challange is poor. This is a very good game for beginners - experts should move on.
Thank you for your hard work - please fix the story line if you ever plan to create next chapter - the first part was awesome!
I recommend this game!

This game was developed in a big rush. The environment is very small, puzzles are simple, you do not get a feeling of being in Venice. Everything is squeezed, minor and annoying.
I don't recommend this game.

This is one of the terrible games I have played in the history of HO games. Graphics is bad, sound FX is so so, story line makes no sense.
Big red flags:
1. The cursor is super slow
2. Mini games are very simple and make no sense
3. The enviroment is so bad you do not want to play after 20 mins.
Nothing else to say. No pros. Please stop making games like this.

This game is very well done - there is no cons. Graphics is superb, the storyline is very good. One minor thing that made the challenge a bit frustrating is the puzzles. These were super easy and could have been completed in a matter of seconds.
I will recommend this game to all folks, pros as well as entry level heads.

This game is way behind industry standards. The inventory bar takes too much space. Clicking frequently in HO scenes breaks a window loudly in front of your face. Very annoying. The gameplay is so so. C+. Even the cursor looks ugly and unfinished. I spent only 20 mins playing it and had enough. The gameplay is super simple and not challenging.
I don't recommend this game.

I thought Black Isle was the #1 hit for 2012 - I guess there are 2 now. There are no cons in this game. Everything was great. Lovely storyline, puzzles, everything. I played in advanced mode and managed to finish the game in 8 hours. DO recommend to everyone. This game is simply the best in its domain.

This game had a lot of potential but missed a lot of key points. I will start will the pros.
1. Graphics is stunning
2. Sound FX is very impressive
But to quality for a real HO hit there has to be something else in the equation. First of all it is a story line. This game does not have any. It is very linear and simple. The second aspect of a hit game is mini puzzles. Mini puzzles in this game either did not make any sense (try and error approach) or were super simple. Mini puzzles are repeating. It was truly annoying. Third, the environment should be really big. Well, not here. Three floors with 8 rooms. Finally, there has to be a very good ending. Not here. The ending was not that impressive. Just c+. In addition it was very painful to zoom to objects that you cannot interact with. You get a magnifying glass but then you just get a plain text. Oh it is a picture or it is a crystal. Thank you for letting me know.
Try Mystery Trackers - Black Isle – this will be a #1 hit for 2012.
Please evolve. I know you can take your gameplay engine to the next level.
Thank you.
I don't recommend this game.

Being a humble HO games player I can safely state this is best game for 2012. I am usually very conservative but this game has NO prons. I feel blessed. Thank you very much for an amazing story line and awesome gameplay.
I recommend this game!
