I found this game quite boring, the game just didn't have enough to entice me further, I only played 30mins of demo, but that's all I could cope with. I normally play the whole hour because the game may pick up...but I just couldn't do it with this.

While the graphics were good, no glitches or any problems of that nature, the storyline and puzzles, the HOGS just left me feeling a bit flat. I felt a bit bored with this game, it couldn't hold my interest.
Trial the game because everyone's taste is different, but this game is not for me.

I love the game but again have found myself at this decision of whether to buy the CE or wait for the SE. I want the bonus chapter BUT the other extras don't interest me...the screensaver, wallpapers, music, etc...not interested.
Anyway, I found this game wonderful. I adored the little fox, so cute, and really added a little pizzaz to the game. The puzzles were fun, interesting, and the storyline was pretty good...kept you guessing.
Yeah, this is a definite buy...just not sure if it will be the CE. Argh, I wish they'd give us a deluxe version too, with the bonus adventure without the wallpapers, music, etc that people tend Not to really want...I think they'd get a lot more people forking out for the bonus.

Don't get me wrong, there is nothing really wrong with this game, good storyline, graphics and music were terrific, but just not for me. I was wandering around thinking "what am I doing? what next?" I could not get a feel for this game....there was something missing for me, which I can't pinpoint.
I did like the raven, I love quirky little things like that, but sadly, it's not enough for me to buy this, even as an SE when that comes out.

I am a big fan of Elephant Games, but this one was a bit too sickly sweet for my taste. The lead character I found to be annoying, and naive (why, is beyond me), but I just couldn't get past it.
Having to do silly task after silly task was frustrating, and halted the flow of the game instead of enhancing.
The artwork was lovely though, as was the music, so a plus on that side. Not many HOG scenes, which was a bit of a downer for me, as I like a few more.
Overall, I'll definitely pass, not even going to buy the SE, just not a game that meets with my taste. I do recommend you try before you buy, everyone is different.

I was going to ditch this about 10 minutes into the demo, I wasn't all that thrilled to begin with, but I stuck with it, and I'm glad I did, not a bad little game. It did improve, and my curiosity did get the better of me - it usually does lol.
Although I've only played the demo, I will be purchasing this, it's a little different than the usual stuff we get offered, and that's pretty good for me.
I do recommend playing the demo though, this game is really going to be about personal choice. And give it more than 10-15 minutes, because you may be pleasantly surprised, just as I was...it grew on me.

I really enjoyed the last Phantasmat, it hooked me in right away, I haven't even finished the demo, and I'm left feeling "meh".
I just don't think a lot of thought or imagination was put into this one, you can tell when developers and artists enjoy and are excited with their efforts because it shows through, but I just didn't feel it with this. It's almost like they went through the motions to get the job done...and I'm afraid, I just get nothing from a game that feels stagnant, and lack-lustre.
It's a shame too, as I feel they usually do very good work, but they missed the mark on this one.

This game is awesome, the length is fantastic, the game play is perfection. I love the storyline, AND there extra bits and pieces to find.
I'm still going, and I'm having a ball....I haven't played a game this great for ages, I'm loving every minute of it!

I think this game is pretty good, yes the HOG scenes are challenging, with smallish and devilishly clever hidden items, but I love that. Who wants everything easy to find? It takes the point out of the H.O.G. I really, really liked that about this game.
I thought the storyline was pretty sweet, I love helping people in need, and ghosties even more :)
Some new and interesting puzzles, loved that, enjoy trying to test my brain with new ones, but they weren't so hard to drive you to distraction, and cause you to tear your hair out. Although, to be honest, I do like difficult puzzles that really test you lol.
I'm really torn on this one. I enjoyed everything about it, atmosphere, storyline, challenging HOGs, but the thing that holds me back is the length that I've heard other fishies review about.
