I love games like this! I normally play large file games just because they appear to give me more bang for my buck. On the typical hidden object games, I seem to wiz right through them.
This game is a total exception to the typical hidden object game. The game is rather lengthy. There is some complexity to the the game with the transforming objects. I missed 4. Also, I love the way the game keeps moving to another level.
The storyline was really great. The characters were really interesting. The way they all led into the next character was really great.
I would suggest this game to anyone that is looking for a good lengthy game. It's money well spent!
I'm very disappointed with myself about this game. Normally I don't use the hints. However, this game, I had to "cheat" and get help with 1 of the puzzles. I spent 30 minutes on the final magnet puzzle and just couldn't get it!
I love the storyline. The interactive map really was helpful. I like the way you have to find an object in one scene, jump to another portion of the map, use it, jump to another, use it, jump to another.
The graphics were great. I was annoyed by the nurse, but other than that, I loved the game.
This game is just as exciting as the part I. I love the storyline. The cut scenes are great. The interaction between the characters is excellent.
I love to play the large file games because of the complexity. In this game you will find that there is no hints, sparkled areas, no easy found items. The puzzles are some very hard puzzles to solve in this game. (Which I loved!)
My only disappointment with this game is that I will never see Kate Walker go home. She promised to go back and see the little girl, and now that won't happen. A third installment needs to be made!
This game can be a bit trying from time to time. You don't have any hints or sparkling search areas. You rely on good old fashioned detective working.
Syberia is a long game. It has many places to search for objects needed. If you get stuck, there is no help to indicate what you need to do next. My suggestion is to take your time, look around, mouse over everything to find what you need.
The story line is VERY good. The cut scenes are excellent. Thus far, this is my favorite large file game! Now off to play part 2
Travel from the deepest trenches of the Atlantic Ocean to the awe-inspiring wonders of Mars as you solve the greatest archeological puzzle known to man: the origin of Atlantis.
This was a great game. It took me 3 1/2 hours to play. 1.) Really enjoyed the interactive map. It helped by allowing you to jump to the next searchable area. 2.) The puzzles were great. There was only 1 that was more of a challenge. 3.) The storyline was great. 4.) The cutscenes were great. I normally skip through these. However, I love the story of Atlantis.
I really hope that there is a follow up game to this storyline.
Travel back in time and save the ones you love in this Hidden-Object Adventure game! Switch between 1912 and the modern day as you play in 2 time periods.
I originally purchased this game back in Dec. 2009. I have since replayed the game. The graphics are good, The story line not spectacular. I flew through this game extremely fast the first time and then again the second time.
I played the game without using any hints. I was not interested in the actual storyline, so I didn't even read what was going on. There was no real struggle finding the hidden objects. The puzzles were all really easy to solve.
I feel bad for giving something 1 star, since so much work went into making this game. But, I wouldn't suggest this to anyone. Sorry, Big Fish, I normally love all your games.
The graphics were great! I finished this game in less than 4 hours. I don't know what it was, but I whizzed through this game really fast. Not very challenging.
