This game was a lot of fun to play, with assorted historical characters such as Houdini and his wife, Arthur Conan Doyle and others. There are lots of nice little touches to this game, such as playing up the real-life conflict between spiritualists and debunkers at the time. There is a lot of clicking necessary but hey, it's just a click. I loved this one.
I recommend this game!

I loved this game with its beautiful graphics, charming story line, well-constructed hidden object scenes and puzzles that were do-able and not annoying like some games. Very enjoyable way to pass some cold winter nights!
I recommend this game!

I like HOGs for the hidden object parts, not for the mini games. In the Classic version of this game there are no built-in skips (you can earn them, but not very many!) so you're stuck spending ages playing mini games that are either too easy or unclear as to a solution. It's too bad because this could have been such an enjoyable relaxing game.
