The 4th installment of this series has us building Notre Dame de Paris.
The premise is the same as before with an added feature of earning bonus points with random trivia questions, testing your knowledge of the fun facts provided between levels.
Good challenge to the levels, crisp graphics and overall fun to play.
I recommend this game!

This is a fun farming game most everyone should enjoy.
With two areas to play, the first being the contest storyline, the second is free farming. To access the free farming area, you'll need to get all the contest trophies. There's a total of 16 trophies, none of which are difficult to obtain.
Each level has 3 goals to achieve: - number of blooming flowers - number of plant variety - total money
You're able to create your garden however you want and as you make money, you can upgrade items and purchase additional items like an oven, jam maker, orchards, additional storage, etc.
Within your storage shed, you are able to cross breed different plant species to create new seeds for planting.
Fiona has 6 different skill you can use with a 1 minute cooldown between each use.
From time to time you will get orders to fill from customers, and this is where the time management comes in to play. Each order will provide bonus money if you complete it within a certain time limit (complete the order in 3 minutes, or complete it in 2:15 to get the bonus). You aren't penalized if you don't accept an order or don't complete it in time.
Very relaxed play, and I typically spent a little over an hour on most levels to complete them. The games saves your progress if you want to leave or take a break.
Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the game and highly recommend to others.

I'm not sure whether I like this game or not.
The challenge is definitely there on timed mode. It does have a relaxed mode as well.
You're building up an Alaskan Gold Town from disrepair to save your family's fortune.
The graphics were ok, nothing to rave about in my opinion.
The gameplay though felt...a little off to me. It's a typical chop chop, harvest harvest TM that after a few levels allows you to build lumber mills and gold mines, etc. However, when choosing the amount of resources you wanted to purchase, you had to hover over the options to see which one gave you how much material for whatever amount of gold. Would have been nice to see it on the option button instead, i.e. 40 gold for 80 wood.
In timed mode, you can complete a level for gold, silver or bronze stars. The more stars you collect, the more upgrades to the town you can purchase (trees, statues, etc).
Overall, it wasn't really that much fun for me and I think I will pass on purchasing, even with credits.
Others will probably enjoy it as it's not a terrible game, just not something for me.

Excellent TM game I never get tired of.
- Mouseover to collect resources, rather than having a unit to pick it up - Pleasant music which is different for each village you advance to - Voiceover storyline - Very nice graphics - Allows you to assign tasks ahead of time - A lot of levels to go through - love that - Timer doesn't start until you assign a task. Allows you to plan your strategy - 50+ achievements - Ranking system that awards you titles per the points scored upon completion of a level - Satisfying challenge to get gold level, yet allows you to complete the level even if you don't obtain gold
I highly recommend!

It takes more than the trial run to get the hang of this game.
It's a free build, TM, tycoon, strategy game all rolled into one really.
You are given goals and it's up to you how to design your beach. It requires some strategy as to the layout you design in order to raise happiness and build cash, all while trying to beat the clock for a gold star on the level.
I must say some of the levels were difficult in obtaining that gold star, but once you get in the swing of things it comes easy.
There is a lot going on that you must keep an eye on, but I love that frenzied pace in a game like this.
Observing the unhappy customers (by clicking on their frowny faces) clues you in as to what's needed to make them happy.
You can hire workers to help keep things repaired, or clean up the trash that accumulates. There is a popup with an alerting sound that let's you know something needs fixing or of someone is drowning, so that's helpful.
The graphics are decent as is the background music, though I normally keep that low in volume.
It has a sandbox option which is nice too.
Overall, I enjoy this game, though the pace might be too much for some.
I recommend!

Cute builder strategy game.
There's no preset foundations so you are free to build where you choose but you must choose wisely in order to meet your goals.
Graphics are cute, music is ok, storyline - I never pay much attention to in these types of games.
Although I like that the game play makes you think before you act, I didn't find it very challenging in that aspect. I do wish there was an option for TM as I probably would have enjoyed it more. The bonus levels were timed, but again, not very challenging.
I did not purchase the game but overall, I am only recommending the game for people who don't want the stress (excitement for me) of beating a clock to complete levels.

I never played the first one. Don't recall ever playing the demo even but I thoroughly enjoyed this demo and let out an "awwwww" when it ended. I promptly used a game credit to purchase.
It's definitely a fun game with a different twist to it with the weather elements as previous reviewers noted.
I certainly recommend this game to anyone who is a builder, TM fan.

This was my first Large File download on BF. I haven't played these types of games in years, and without a demo I've shied away from trying something that might turn out to be a disappointment.
This type of game is not your same old same old Hidden Object junk that permeates BF. It's a first-person point and click interactive game that makes you THINK. It's one giant puzzle that you have to figure out in order to move forward in the game. It brings me back to the old days of games like MYST and I enjoyed every minute of it.
The music and ambient sounds were excellent and the graphics were impressive. The voice-overs were well done and although the dialogue could be tedious to wait through, you're able to left-click to skip over if you prefer to read the dialogue instead.
The journal is neatly ordered so it's easy to look for specific notes you need to review to solve puzzles.
Having played these types of games in the past it was easy for me to figure out the ESC button took you to the menu or that spacebar helps with the footprints/hints.
Overall I highly recommend this game for people who like this sort of adventure. If you are looking for a mindless HO game, where it doesn't require you to use your noggin, then this game is certainly not for you.
I recommend this game!

I downloaded the demo and from the get go I got the error, "Couldn't find a resolution for this PC". Everything is up to date on my PC and I could never play this in full screen mode.
I continued to play the demo and was enjoying the game but ultimately not being able to play full screen killed it for me.
It's a bit disappointing that 3 years later this is still going on from what I was reading on the games forums. I was enjoying the demo but did not purchase because of this.
