The first thing I noticed was the music, which was supposed to be Night on Bald Mountain by Mussorgsky. It seems the person who rearranged the score made his own changes.
The story is lame. Something about a grandmother who reluctantly tells a story and inadvertently conjures up an old enemy who tries to steal her youth. There is so much wrong with that concept, I don't know where to begin.
The artwork is bad. It looks sloppy.
The puzzles are so obvious and easy that they are insulting.
I didn't like this one at all.
I don't recommend this game.

This game has poor graphics and a not-so-great storyline. It's modeled after the poorly done TV show about a woman who can see ghosts and tries to help them "go to the light."
I was bored after only a few minutes.
I don't recommend this game.

Yes, this game is different from what we are used to, but what's wrong with that?
The game of course is based on the book. The is too much dialogue as the characters chat back and forth. You collect hints and if you are paying attention to the cursor, don't have to do too much clicking around.
The chatting is not necessary to the game and is really too much. If you know the book then the dialogue should not be needed. If you don't know the book there are better ways of letting you know the important information.

I usually don't go for the cartoony looking games, thinking they are for kids. I saw the warning and was intrigued. There is bathroom humor but this game was a hoot. I got lost in the maze of places to go and tasks to get done. I would absolutely buy this game.

The graphics on this are beautiful in some parts and cheesy in others. It looks like they got one studio to create the scenery and another to design the people. In order to get to first base I had to think in an unconventional manner. When in doubt try everything in your inventory.
I didn't really like the gnome or dwarf or whatever that was. The sound left a lot to be desired, and in some of the close up scenes the snow was falling up.
But otherwise, I liked the interface.
I recommend this game!

I really liked this. It has a bright clean interface. You get to sell junk and buy nice things for your house. Where else can you sell a crumpled piece of paper for $35? The butler walks around and spouts lots of clever and entertaining lines. Really fun.

Wow. I like match 3 games but this one is a dog. It's slow, boring, insulting and the story line is the pits. I had to stop playing after a short time. I couldn't stand it.

I didn't even finish the trial of this game. I don't like the way the story is told: with comic book style panels instead of game play. I had to use the hint button much too often. There is no way to figure out what to do next unless you click n everything you see.

Apparently all of the Disney princesses were married to the same guy, who turns into a frog between wives. That's got to be a bummer.
This is a game where there are lots of rooms and fragmented objects to find. I'm not really a fan of hidden object games but those seem to be the ones I choose on Big Fish. Since I have to play HOGs I would rather play FROGs. At least the fragments form something that has to do with the game instead of vanishing into nothing like most hidden objects.
This game takes it over the top, though. You have to travel back to the same rooms again and again. I like to play without using the maps and books but you MUST use the map in this one because you keep opening up new HOG places and the map is about the only way you can find them or even know they are there. I find this really tedious.
There are also supposed to be phantom objects: objects that change appearance. I am almost through with the game and I have only found half of them. Either my eyes are really bad or the objects are not showing themselves.
For those of you who like HOG's you will have fun.
