How can I get passed Level 15?

I know how to play HOG games but this one doesn't get me passed Level 15 no matter what I try. There's no clues online either. Whassup?
I don't recommend this game.

I love this game and can compare it to a few others. Yes! The music is splendid! Yet I get to level 5 and don’t know how to get passed it. I’ll keep on trying.
