When I got to the battle against Malle,it was a dead end because none of the pieces will stay put, It's not enjoyable to play when you realized you won't ever be able to finish!
Help Lillian discover Titanic’s mysteries and get closer to unveiling the truth behind the disaster that took her great- grandmother’s life 100 years ago.
I have to admit, I got this game based solely on the reviews here. They seemed to go from one extreme to the other.
I have to agree with the person who said it was a great storyline but there is not a lot of help involved. The player is expected to figure out the next move, rather than have the game tell him. This makes for some frustrating moments.
So, I am going to say I do recommend the game because it is enjoyable and the storyline is interesting. But only if you have experience with hidden object games. This is NOT a good game to begin with.
When I rated the first one, I didn't realize there was a second. I did find it and boy am I glad!
I stand behind what I said about the graphics in the first one, but the hints were better this time.
There is one thing I didn't like as much about this one. This is a game about a guy racing against time to find his true love. The first game had each section timed for ten minutes each. If you didn't finish in time, you had to do that section again.
This edition is even more focused on time, yet the games were not timed. Maybe it's just me, but being timed helps provide that sense of urgency that really drew me into the game. I didn't have that feeling this time and it took away just a wee bit of the fun.
The way the game ended makes it seem like that is it. I hope not. I really enjoy the challenges of this game and would love to see what the creators can come up with next.
I loved this game!! For those who hate how short a standard version game is, you won't have this problem. I don't think there is a CE and it ran at about 40 chapters.
There were times when the Hints weren't helpful and the graphics were great, but I've seen better. These are the only issues I have with this game. I hope another edition comes out soon!
Basically it is just one game of repeated hidden object puzzles. There are no hint options in standard version and no real way of knowing what to do next.
I'm not wasting my time on the rest of this series. I just wish I hadn't wasted the money.
I liked the Salvation edition much better. They included voice which always makes it fun. The puzzles were, once again, original, but the directions on a few of them were flat out bad.
This game was harder than other hidden object games I've played, but the mini-puzzles were very different and a whole lotta fun! The ending was a little cheesy but a great game all in all.
I have played a LOT of adventure/hidden objects games and this is the worst I have ever come across!
It is not a straightforward game like a good hidden object game should be. You have to collect items for a set before you can perform an action. Many of these sets are ridiculously hard, if not impossible to find. Any time I used a hint, instead of helping with objects, it shows me where crystals are. While these make it possible to get more hints, they do not further the game.
I got this on sale. It's true what they say. You get what you pay for.
I have to agree with the majority here. This is a really fun game! The graphics are amazing! The sound quality is tops! And this is coming from a hearing impaired woman with a hearing aid. Most computer games sound sort of robotic, making it hard to really get into it. In this one, Oscar's voice sends shivers down my spine!
There is one flaw a person needs to consider before buying. Do you have a lot of time to play? This game is extremely addictive! I got it thinking it would be a nice way to break up study and work time. Umm, yeah. It does that. I got about 4 hours sleep one night because I was so caught up in the adventure!
A must have, but be sure to be sensible with your time playing. I need to follow my own advice here!
