This is based on the demo, but I plan to purchase this game.
At first I didn't really like this game. About 10 mins in and I was tossing up whether to just delete or not. But I made myself go on and boy, am I glad I did!
This game is fun!
It's a TM/resource gathering/strategy game. If you don't like these types of games then don't both trying it.
It starts of simple enough, but you soon have to upgrade your character's skills and then, surprise, you have a whole new character to use (and another one comes up later in the game).
As a con, the tutorial is more than slightly useless, which can be frustrating when you just don't know why a character won't do something. BUT then you experiment, and Eureka! you've worked it out. It's actually quite fun to have to experiment for yourself.
If you enjoy this type of game, give the demo a go, but make sure you play for the full hour to get a good feel of it. It certainly gets better as you go along.
I recommend this game!

This is a fun game! There is no real 'against the clock' pressure, you can pretty much work at your own pace.
The game isn't going to win any awards, but I've enjoyed it for a distraction after work and study.
Don't dismiss this game straight away, give it a trial and see for yourself!
I recommend this game!

I love farm frenzy. I have them all and play them regularly, they are a great series. So why, oh why, did they have to ruin it? You know the saying: "if you're onto a good thing, stick with it".
I've tried this game on a Win 7 laptop, a Win 8 laptop and a desktop running XP. All are uptodate models with great RAM, graphics etc.
The game was glitchy, slow and jumpy on all three. The sound kept stopping and repeating the same 3 bars over and over.
It took 5 minutes (I'm not kidding) to load the menu screen!
I didn't make it past the first 4 levels of the tutorial, it was that bad.
I don't recommend this game.

This is very similar in style to Royal Envoy. If you enjoyed that game, you'll likely enjoy this one too.
I love the animations, the Shrek Donkeys are gorgeous and the soundtrack isn't annoying and the game sounds not too distracting.
One word of warning, it is a bit more difficult than Royal Envoy!
Overall, I give it 5 stars!
I recommend this game!

I absolutely adore Trade Mania 1, it's one of those games I go back to every now and then and enjoy for a week or two... I've just finished the game for about the 10th time and I still enjoy it and feel challenged.
Trade Mania 2 has the same premise - you move around the board, buy properties, upgrade them, buy goods and sell them for a profit all while trying to beat your competitors.
It sounds simple, doesn't it?
It's not. The mechanics of the game are easy to learn, but you have to develop a real strategy to beat your competitors.
Some buy up properties as fast as they can, others trade and trade to build up stockpiles of cash then buy larger properties, some do something completely different.
It's up to you, and the trial and error part of it just makes it so much more fun!
*** Despite the name, Trade Mania is not a fast click fest, it is a strategy game, not a time management one. Each level can take anywhere from an 1hr to 3hrs to complete depending on how quickly you move it along or what they throw at you!
I wholeheartedly recommend this game!

I love Bistro Boulevard so I was looking forward to this game.
However, while it looks and plays just like Bistro, the game play is awkward and requires too many 'clicks' to accomplish anything.
I would recommend that you certainly try before you buy!
I don't recommend this game.

This is a cute little game. May be more suited to children or players who are just starting out in builder type games.
For me it was a little bit too simplistic. There was no storyline, very little character interaction and it was just missing a sense of humour!
I had high hopes when I downloaded it, but I was disappointed.
I would definitely recommend a trial before commiting to buying this one.
I don't recommend this game.

Then you will like Hello Venice.
This is a pathfinding match 3 so instead of clicking to rotate slots to make 3 in a row, you drag your mouse over an existing chain of 3 to create a path for the 'energy' to flow through.
I don't like standard Match 3 but I love these pathfinding ones. I find them quite relaxing, but they can be challenging too.
They are the very definition of a 'casual game'.
I recommend this game!

This game had the potential to be great, instead it was a poorly developed, awkward game play and boring story flop.
I only got 45 mins into the trial and that was only because I forced myself to see if it would get better.
I don't recommend this game.

This game is by the same developers as Farm Frenzy and it has many elements in common.
Like Farm Frenzy you grow grass to feed animals that produce goods which you turn into other goods.
However, in order to make the game a bit different they've changed the gameplay and instead of it being a new way of doing something, they have simply added extra steps to doing a job.
So instead of an inventive twist, you've got tedious overplay. It just takes all the fun out of it.
I was hardpressed to finish the demo and I certainly won't be buying it - at any price.
I don't recommend this game.
