So I have enjoyed this series of games for many reasons but it helps when I have anxiety attacks. I enjoy a good time management/resource type of game. There are, unfortunately, several issues with this game.
1. The dialogue is a whole mess. It doesn't make much sense but I can look past it because it shows the task panel so I know what I'm supposed to do...kind of...
2. The Guide. The guide has numbers of locations. That's it. It isn't a comprehensible walkthrough and does nothing to help, well, guide you.
3. Instructions. Instructions aren't very clear. I only know what I need by trying various things and the slot machine never works on the first try.
4. BUGS! Level 37 will randomly pause and get stuck and freeze if I use any of the powerups like working faster or running faster. Level 44 is a disaster. I am unable to collect anything after the coin and the crowbar. The coin doesn't work in the slot machine, I can't collect the moss, nothing I can gather shows up in the right inventory panel. I have tried multiple times to play this level and it just isn't working. I overlooked all of the other issues because I do enjoy the game. I just wish they would fix the glitches and bugs so I can actually continue playing.
I would recommend this game IF it gets fixed. It's something to pass the time. Just don't expect a comprehensible exciting story and expect, until fixed, to be disappointed that you reached level 44 and are almost done and then can't play any further.
