I haven't submitted a review in years but this game prompted me to. It was such a fun one to do and different from the run of the mill HOG's. No oiler needed for rusty locks etc. I don't know how many fishing poles I have made in the past games but I could probably supply an outdoor store with them LOL. The mini games were also a change from so many of the games I have done.
Fun factor is high making this one to chuckle at. Puzzles were fairly easy so not really over challenging but still fun. Imaginative rooms and drawings.
Finally a game that was fun, made me laugh out loud a few times. It is well made and loved Toto the dog, he is a great addition to the game. Very few skulls and skeletons, also a plus! The mini-games were good, not terribly challenging but some quite clever.
The game started off quite well but then it evolved to the good old oil needed for rusty locks, ladders that needed boards and nails etc. So tiresome and overused. It also was quite short for a Collector's Edition with a very short bonus game. Disappointing. OK for beginners.

I have played a lot of HOG's but this one really was fun and well done. The graphics were excellent, some of the mini-games were challenging and the storyline was a nice change from death and skulls etc.
