I own all three Dark Parables games and although this isn't, in my opinion, as good as Rose Briar it is on the same level with Exiled Prince. They are all very well done excellent games. They have many challenges going at once and keep you very involved in the story. You look for fragmented pieces so it's a nice break from straight hogs If you are a adventure/hidden object fan this game is definitely one of the best.
I bought this for my 7 yr. old grand daughter several months ago and she loves it! She keeps going back and starting over. Because it gets progressively harder my husband will finish the game for her when it gets to difficult. He enjoys it as much as she does.
You couldn't ask for much more than this game offers in the way of Adventure/Hidden Object games! There is a great story line and keeps you involved and interested right to the end. With the hint system the SE offers there is no reason to pay for the CE. I absolutely loved the hidden object scenes! Very interactive. Mini games were difficult, unique and can be skipped if needed. Voice overs were very well done as was the art work. No irritating background music but good sound effects! There were two reasons that I didn't give this a 5 star. One, the game seemed to speed up and slow down. At times I could move from scene to scene very quickly. Other times it was a frustrating pause. Two, I still don't know why I was collecting birds in every scene. All in all a fantastic and fun game.

Just finished this game and am still undecided about it. It is a great Hidden Object/Adventure game for newer players. It moves along very quickly and keeps you involved in the story. This has an excellent hint system that will lead you through if you get stuck. It lacked the challenge that I expect and you have to play the same hidden object scenes a few times. Not one of my favorite games but was worth the price.
Fantastic options in this. You can choose from 2 difficulty levels. There is an option for scrolling screen or not that can be changed at any time during play! It actually provides 2 hint options. One is Advice which gives you a text clue. The other the hint button that actually points the way. The story is fun. Finding lost explorers. It keeps you very involved. There isn't an over abundance of hidden object scenes but the ones they do have are fun. Same with mini games(puzzles). A great break from eerie mansions and dark forests. This is mainly set in the mountains and never has a dull moment. They keep you very busy on many different levels. Since a walk through is not yet offered there is no way to judge the length at this point. Absolute buy for me!
This game has one great thing going for it. It mixes many different puzzle styles with several different ways to find hidden objects. I have always liked the use of riddles to find objects. It also has item lists and silouette(spelling:(sry) It reminds me of some of the first adventure/hidden object games. There is interaction but you are given arrows that tell you exactly what to do next Would be great for beginners or those who prefer straight hidden object or puzzle games. Lacks a bit in the adventure aspect. Great Daily Deal or even a coupon buy:)
