I just loved this game. The storyline was good and it's the only game that I've ever played that I've used the advanced level and it made me feel so good. The colours are just right for me and don't give me a headache and I can keep all the numbers in the right lines. I used a coupon on this game but would have happily paid top dollar for it.
I really enjoyed this game but was shocked when it ended quite abruptly when I felt I was perhaps only half way through. I knocked off one star for the shortness of the game. I think it would have been useful to have a more informative map but realised after a while that there was not an awful lot of backtracking. You only worked in about three scenes at a time and when they were done you moved on and didn't return. I like the HOs although the language was a bit odd. Scale turned out to be what looked like a ruler which I had to use a hint to find and so was a bit miffed about that. Somewhere saw road spelt as raod but that's just me being picky and didn't interfere with my enjoyment of the game.
I enjoyed the storyline and it kept my interest all the way through, where as in some games I have lost interest in the plot and just go through the motions.
I did enjoy a lot of the puzzles but I do get fed up with the ones where if you move one part other parts change and there were a couple here although people must enjoy them as they are in almost every game I buy. Is there a logical way to work them out? Probably, but I haven't got the patience for them and usually skip.
All in all an enjoyable game which I used a credit for so was not too upset at the shortness of it.
I have given this five stars but would have given it more if I could. I got this game on a special offer and what a bargain that was. So much better than all the new games with lots of bells and whistles. I thought the storyline was excellent and the visual display was gorgeous. I never listen to the music so can't really comment on that. The HO games were just about the right level for me and generally I found everything after a good look. I enjoyed all the games and was able to complete most of them apart from a few that I skipped because I just couldn't see the way forward but they were in the minority. For me this game is a keeper that I will play again in the future.

I loved this game. It was just so challenging. I saw some of the reviews were a bit scathing but I thought I would give it a whirl and I'm glad I did. The storyline is excellent and I never lost the thread of the game which I can do sometimes. It is a little old fashioned but that doesn't bother me at all. It's true that some of the hidden objects are hard to find but that is part of the challenge. I enjoyed trying to find the coins in lots of the scenes. Loved the voices of some of the characters and they made me smile. I also loved the very varying locations. Some of the puzzles are a little hard, I thought, but I persevered with most of them, and with some of them it was like a light going on which made me feel good which is no bad thing. I would suggest you try the demo and take it from there. Some people will hate it but I'm not one of them.
I love an underdog being British so I thought I would give this a go despite all the bad reviews and I was taken aback as I actually really enjoyed it. It hasn't got lots of bells and whistles at all but I've played loads of games with all the bells and whistles going and been thoroughly bored. This captured me from almost from the word go. I liked the mini games even though old school. Some of them I found quite hard and some easy so a good mix. I'm not going to go on about what's in the game, as others have done it much better than me at great length so just to say some people out there will enjoy it and probably loads will hate it but give it a go, at this price it's well worth the money imo.
Complete dangerous missions amid dazzling landscapes of prehistoric Earth and alien worlds. Can you complete these thrilling puzzles in order to return home?
I bought this game with free game token just to use it up and I usually like a game during the demo but seem to get fed up with it after I've bought it. This was the other way round. As I played the demo I thought, well this is OK for a free game but after I'd bought it and got further into the game, I thought wow, I love this. All of the mini games I have loved and all of the hidden object scenes and I am well into the game now. Love the colours and the music and the storyline is right up my street. In fact, nothing that I don't like and I'm a picky character. I understand this is not for everybody. It feels a bit old fashioned and clunky. A bit like me so it's a resounding YES.
I can't quite put my finger on why this game was so good. There was an awful lot of backwards and forwards which normally I hate but somehow I was so into the story that it didn't matter. I didn't find the game too short. It was just about right. Sometimes if games are too long I get bored with them and they sit on my desktop for ages but this one was done and dusted in a couple of days. I don't play continually so it wasn't that long. I loved the weird translations which made me laugh out loud and the music wasn't intrusive as it sometimes can be on these games. I probably completed about 95% of the puzzles without skipping which is good for me and some of them were quite different to the usual ones. It was quite nice having a game where the language wasn't English and I would have preferred to hear the original as there were subtitles too. It did have an old fashioned feel to it and I can understand that some people wouldn't like it but for me it was top notch.
I purchased this game in desperation trying to find a game that would absorb me for a while. It didn't disappoint. Such good value for money. A long game with extra hints to find and clovers to locate in each scene, sometimes two. The storyline was really interesting and a couple of times I nearly fell out of my seat with surprise. Most of the games were unusual. The mechanics were sometimes slightly clunky but I can forgive that for the enjoyment I received. I'm sure that at sometime in the future I will play this game again and again.
One of the best games I've played. I realise I nearly always disagree with the majority of the reviews posted here. Not sure why. I'm really fed up with the supernatural games etc.. This seemed to incorporate everything that I like. Different locations in different times with a mixture of fact and fiction and no little creature to help me. Liked most of the mini games and loved collecting the coins to buy items that were seen in the game. What else did I like. Oh yes the accents actually made me laugh out loud and I'm not sure if that was intentional but I enjoyed it. I will now try the other games in this series. Please give it a try.

This is the first time I've felt moved to write a review. I'm not going into detail but as I soon as I finished the game I started over again and am just on my third go. I was beginning to feel as though I would never feel that wow factor again but with this one I did. Loved the story line, loved the penguin just so sorry that I haven't been able to get all the things for it to play with just two out of three. The visuals were great and it surprised me several times. Thank you
