The story is good, but the game is boring, repetitive, and lacks imagination and creativity. I have all the games in this series and have enjoyed them. I thought perhaps I wasn't being fair, so I went back and played an earlier Rescue Team and it was much better. Most of the levels are just one main road that you follow to the end. Very boring. There wasn't much effort to make new or creative challenges. It was very formulaic and slapdash.
This is a great little game with a balance of enough challenge to be interesting without time pressure or too much going on to stress or overwhelm me. I play in the relaxed mode. You have some latitude in how to achieve the goals, so it's not just following one set of "correct moves." You can be a little creative. I don't love a lot of character talking or story-heavy games, so this is good for me. This is my favorite strategy game so far. I also like the Rescue Team and Royal Envoy series. But this is even better for me. I'd highly recommend it. I'm just sorry there aren't more in the series.

I enjoyed the Alcatraz version of this series, so I bought this (without playing a trial version). I don't have the most exacting standards for frilly little time-passing online games, but this was pretty awful. I can tolerate glitchy little things if the entertainment value is good. But, I couldn't even tell what resources were needed because the graphics are too blurry. Sometimes in these games, you have to learn the components of the game before you get into the interesting parts. I was too annoyed to get to the interesting part, if it ever was to come. There were also too many flashing arrows and too much totally unnecessary clicking required to get to the next level. Wouldn't recommend it.

I hate this game. I bought several on the reviews when they were on sale. I've played several Time Management games with no trouble. I could find NO instructions or help on how to hire workers. It was difficult to figure things out with little instruction. Frustrating. I absolutely don't recommend this game.
