I bought this today and finished it with all stars within a few hours. 3 restaurants with 15 levels each--that's it. The only challenging part about the game is that the pictures of the food can often look similar, so it's easy to make the wrong dish. Otherwise, it's simple. Also frustrating, because you can click on the character to give them their food in 3 different ways, and it still doesn't work. So frustrating.
I read so many reviews by people who feel cheated for spending extra for the Collector's Edition but don't feel like they really get any value for the extra money. This game is the OPPOSITE. After you finish the normal storyline (which has a LOT of levels), you play the game again, with extra challenges and extra levels. Complicated storyline, but the gameplay is fun.
Could be fun, but a lot of puzzles are unsolvable.

I was really into this game in the beginning, and found the puzzles very interesting and challenging. But then I got to a point where I was giving the obvious correct answers, the game kept telling me I was wrong. For example: Click on the image of something that lives in a cave and sleeps upside down. I click on the bat. The game tells me it's wrong, multiple times. Mathematical problems which I could not solve and my engineer husband could also not solve to the game's preference. Either the game is broken, or the puzzles are so poorly worded you can never get to the correct answer. I'm so very disappointed. I was on the 7th Elefant but had to stop because I couldn't get any further with any of the answers I was giving.
Good unless you like to get all of the achievements

I've bought and played all of the previous games in this series, and I have always really enjoyed them. I'm one of those players who like (need) to get all of the achievements, but on this one it's just not going to happen.
In the "standard" difficulty, the game is actually rather easy; I don't think I ran out of time on any of the levels. On the "hard" difficulty, I can barely finish a level let alone with more points than the Developers Record. I don't mind having to replay levels multiple times to adjust my strategy to finish a level, but with this one I'm usually not even close.
It's a fun game, but they made the Hard setting nearly impossible, so it's more frustrating than fun.
This was a decent game, but it only took me a few hours to finish. It was fun while it lasted, but it was pretty expensive for the quality of the game (clicking on characters often didn't work the first time) and the length of game. I would recommend it, but with reservations.

WOW is this bad. I read the reviews but thought I'd try it for myself. I have ALL of the previous Farm Frenzy games and have played them multiple times over the years. But this is just shameful. The game is bad and the developers should feel bad. I played exactly 1.5 levels before I had to shut it down. It's so childish and slow gameplay. They obviously decided to cater to a different type of player than who purchased their previous games. Very unfortunately, but luckily I figured it out from the demo. Don't waste your time.
I've played all of the previous Chase for Adventure games, and this one was just way too easy. I began on the "Professional" (expert) level, and I was never in danger of ever running out of time. The game play was as I expected, but there was no challenge whatsoever.

I have played and replayed all of the Adelantado games and wondered when there would be a next one .... and HERE IT IS! So much fun, with strategy and time management, with resource collecting and, and, and! I can't say enough good things about this because I am so excited. YAY!
I saw all of the negative reviews so I downloaded the trial. I'm now about to buy the game. It's not as slick looking as other games, but it's still fun. And unlike a lot of TM games, this one actually takes some time to get through the levels, so it's worth the price.
This was a fun game if you are a beginner or casual player. If you are looking for a challenge or are an advanced player, then this game is not for you. The story and tasks were good, but there wasn't enough challenge and so I breezed through the game. Also, for the Collector's Edition price, I expect additional levels, not just optional music or artwork. If I had paid regular price, I would have been more satisfied, but this is not up to CE standards for me.
