Oh maaaaan. I fell in love and wanted to buy it. I played the first part of the demo but had to leave. Came back and it had all sorts of issues. Went out and back in and was fixed, for a little while. If they fix the issues it would be a favorite.
Slow, boring and maddening special effects. But what makes it their worst game yet - tripling down on the FORCED story, four rounds of making you answer their story questions and NO SKIP....torture. I was bored so tried so hard to make it to the end of the demo and got close but then realized cleaning my bathroom and doing laundry was more fun than this game.
Same old same old cookie cutter tasks, background sounds, and annoying choose your own star text. Worse, they don't let you skip the story after skipping the story...just awful. This developer has turned into a cut and paste slap it out hot mess, only changing the artwork with each game.
This is what I've been waiting for! This may be the best of the series even but I've only played the demo so far. The mini games are difficult and unique, which is typical of MCF games. I almost gave it a 4 just because I think there is too much story and I always pass the conversations to get to the game, but the rest was too good to knock it down for that. THANKS!!

I would rather watch paint dry. In fact, at least with paint there is an exciting end. This was soooo uninteresting and I see they have doubled down on the annoying choose your own conversation. Now you have to answer about three questions before moving on. Just AWFUL.
It's so exciting to have a new developer and a different yet familiar type of game. Navigation with the map took some getting used to but that's fine. I like how things show up that were not there before in the scene and I enjoyed the mini games a lot, not too hard not too easy. This game seems like it would take a long time to finish and I can appreciate that. All in all I am very excited to see more from this developer, thanks BF and ...oops, forgot the name :)
The reason they "remaster" games is so that it does not show up as already being purchased by you on the page, so you double buy. This happened to me on the bundle page. All the ones I already owned said "you own this" but not the remastered ones so I paid twice for the same game. Sneaky like when they used to punch the game club button for you. I don't like sneaky tactics.

So in response to our comments on how we HATE picking from the story they have made it even longer with more steps.
I love BF games, they are a huge part of my life and I can appreciate all that goes into them. But sometimes I feel like they do cruel things to spite us, and this is one of them.
How do they sell these awful pick your story ones? You would think nobody would buy them so they would stop, not make it worse!

I own more than a few of this series but this one was awfully bland. Personally for me it was the same ol same ol.
Especially annoying was having to do the tasks I don't like in real life and it felt like I was at work. Use the computer, the phone, etc and no fantasy or fun in it even.
Also don't like choosing no special effects but every scene still opens with them. Too much dialogue for my taste. Don't like how there is always an annoying object "bounce" to take another object, it slows down the game play flow.

This is so good!! Challenging but fun puzzles and interesting tasks. It's a brain workout. I didn't even mind that they force the story on you because it's short and you can still play during the narrative. The only thing I can complain about is the back button, just wish you could click the bottom of the screen at all times but hey, no biggie.
