I expected a bit more based on the other games in the series, but it's not too bad, mostly HOS. If the HOS do not work, you may need to set your NVIDIA 3D Settings to High Performance NVIDIA Processor (that worked for me). Building the suspect's ID sketch was interesting. There are walkthroughs available online if you have no idea what's suppose to happen. No real in game guidance. The controls are sometimes a bit sluggish and strange.
I don't recommend this game.

Scratches places the gamer in the environment. I enjoyed the graphics and the way in which the user can look around, up and down, it makes the experience very realistic. The creators of Scratches are masters at establishing suspense. One constantly expects to be surprised around each corner and behind each door. Scratches will remain one of my favorite games.

As with previous Haunted Halls games, the graphics are stunning and somewhat disturbing at times, which, in my opinion is a plus. The story line provides a sense of purpose and achievement as one progresses through the various chapters. I enjoyed the puzzles, some of which were quite intriguing, even funny. I would definitely recommend this game to lovers of hidden objects and adventure.
