This game has three different levels. You begin with the Adventure level and can't move to Puzzles or Endless, till the Adventure section is complete. The object is to earn three stars for each level. There have been a couple of levels where I haven't even gained one star! I assume this is due to a time limit, though there are no instructions to check this. It's best to keep re-doing a level till you gain at least one star. As I'm still in Adventure mode, I'm not sure what's ahead, but it's been fun so far. There are many awards to gain, which is always a good incentive. The graphics in each section are beautiful to look at, but it seems to take forever to move on to the next level. Early days yet in the game, but finally a decent Match 3 game. It's been a long time coming...
This was the first game I purchased which gave me the option of playing either Hidden Object Scenes or you could switch to Match 3. Came in very handy for that elusive object that couldn't be seen! You could also switch back and forth at any time, which was a lot of fun. The story threads all came together in the end and once I'd worked out (using the forum's help) how to get out of the elevator, the rest was easy. That's not to say the game was easy - there were several story threads to solve, another plus for the game. I'd have to say it was my favourite game for 2010 and hope more games are made with the option of using HOS or Match 3. Graphics, sound effects, music - all terrific.
I recommend this game!

I bought this game not sure how it would work on a computer, as opposed to working on the floor and ending up with an aching back. I completed the campaign mode first, which started with fairly simple puzzles, which of course got progressively more challenging. There are beginner, advanced and expert achievements to work towards. I'm now in the free mode and can pick the number of pieces of the puzzle I'm working on e.g. 20, 50, 100, 150 or 200. There's an enormous range of puzzles to choose from, some locked at this early stage of play. You can select animal, landscapes, fantasy, romance and many more categories. This game is well worth the money and slightly different from our usual games. Hope there's more to come. Give it a go!
