I was excited to see a new Mystery Trackers game, although havnt liked the last two. But unfortunately I didnt like this one at all. This series has really gone down hill and perhaps should be laid to rest.
I hated the goggles as finding the shapes was so easy. Things like finding oil for a rusty locker, and finding something thin for the other locker have been done over and over again. Think I could come up with better ideas. Perhaps Elephant are getting lazy which is a shame but there is no doubt about it, this series has deteriorated.
This game has no originality. Yet again a man goes missing and a female detective is asked to find him. Its not even a fun storyline, who finds miners interesting? The man in the bar was plain creepy.
I also completed the demo with 37 minutes to spare and the demo only takes place in a bar, a post office and a town hall, hardly riveting. Yet again another no buy for me.
Other reviewers have described the game so I will just give you my thoughts.
I enjoyed the demo so bought the game but I thought it went a bit downhill from there. The tension dropped after the demo and it all got a bit boring. The game didnt keep my interest and I wish I hadnt bought it. I also thought the bonus game was boring and havnt even bothered completing it. If you say scary, make it scary all the way through!
I don't recommend this game.

Not as good as the first few Shadow Wolf Mysteries
I loved the first two shadow wolf mysteries but then thought the rest of the series went down hill. I wanted to like this one but I wasnt keen on shooting the werewolves and I didnt like the magnifying glass to find evidence. It was really slow.
I also thought that in the hops you had to touch everything a few times before the item clicked.
I like ERS games but dont think this is one of their better ones.
The demo was so short its hard to tell if this game could be any good. I didnt even manage to finish the demo because the getting outfits and dressing up a barbie doll is so boring.
I like the last labyrinths game and was looking forward to playing this one, The set is very pretty but this game has a strange storyline and the man in the demo was very creepy, not in a good way.
Still waiting for a good game, am now thinking of ending my membership, as havnt really enjoyed any of the games this year. Please BFG tell the devs we need better games!!
Is Eipix the only dev bringing out games at the moment? Seems like it. I also found is a bit boring, and I dont like the question and answer part, bluff, truth etc. Found that tedious.
I would like a good scary game or one I have to use my brain to play, these games are just too bland.
I was a big fan of the original Dark Parable games. What a shame Blue Tea Games had to sell out to Eipix, who have taken the games and made them bland and far too easy.
The stories used to be captivating but the demo of this game just made me sad. Its really the same old story and I wouldnt waste my money on this.
After the last Grim Tales I hoped this one would be better, but unfortunately not. Its still got the same arrows at the side of the screen that are so annoying. I felt like it was all too much hard work and realised that I didnt really care if Ms Gray did murder someone.
Just wasted a boring 60 minutes. Hope this is the last Grim Tales.
I don't recommend this game.
