I'll be the dissenting voice and say that Zuma is a little stressful for me. It's worse than a timed game because the trail of marbles moves at a pretty good pace, forcing you to also play at that speed, which can be difficult for people with reduced eye-hand coordination, poorer reflexes, carpal tunnel, etc. I'd like the game better if you could choose the speed at which the marbles travel. And frankly, it's the same game level after level. Graphics are top notch. But this is not a great game for relaxing...at least to me.
An average HO game. Scenes are photographic quality rather than drawings, making it possible to recognize many items but not all. Finding the objects can be tricky, as many are hidden with tone-on-tone colors. In the relaxed mode, the hints refill quickly. Liked that the items are reasonably-sized, but some of the scenes, like the petroleum museum, are an overload for the eyes. Items in scenes are not very exciting and often have nothing tying them to the location. Definitely try before you buy.
…and I’ve never said that before. Beautiful, serene, actual music, which adds a lot to the mood of this game. Love the fantasy characters and the artwork on the cards. Excellent animations. A variety of challenges and power-ups. You’ve probably seen locked cards in solitaire before, but what about a card on fire? Uncover the potion bottle to put it out. Lots of creativity in this game for a complete package of fun. And an untimed option, too. This is on my “to buy” list!
I recommend this game!

Wandering Willows
Find, and nurture unique pets in a whimsical world full of surprises! New friends need your help with a variety of tasks!
An entertaining game with flying pets that pick fruit and dig up all kinds of useful things from holes in the ground. I like that the game isn't timed, and you can just relax and enjoy it. The tasks are low-key, which adds to the low-stress appeal. It was just a little confusing wandering around as you couldn't get a bird's eye view of the island. Animations are good but the graphics are a little basic, which is why it lost 1 star. It was fun, however, creating a customized avatar that looked like me, but better.
This is a wonderful gem of a game. The screenshots don't do it justice at all. You are treated to very attractive scenes, especially in the first levels, where they are tropical. Then you have a very cute robot, albeit a little pixelated. The robot tosses colored crates which you direct by clicking on the crate you wish to replace, making matches of 3 or more. This game will recognize L or T matches, which help you win a level faster. When you win the level, the robot goes into a fabulously funny but cool dance. (I should look so good on the dance floor.) And the dance keeps changing, so it's worth it just to play to see what moves the robot will come up with next.
If you choose the Relax mode, it allows you to practice, and the level never ends. That also means you don't get anywhere but level 1. In order to play the game through, you have to choose the Classic or Puzzle mode. Unfortunately, these two are timed, which is why the game lost 1 star, as I like stress-free games. That said, I was able to do okay, only needing to repeat a handful of levels because I ran out of time. That's why I'd suggest starting off with the Relax mode to develop your moves. In the timed modes, you don't have a lot of time to think about how to arrange the boxes for matching.
Once you finish a group of levels, you get to upgrade the robot, and those upgrades add different characteristics to freshen up the game. Power ups also appear frequently.
Definitely give this a try, if only for the hilarious dancing robot.
(Game designers: consider enhancing the robot graphics for 2012, add an untimed game mode, and re-release. I'd also love a screensaver of the dancing robot!)
Other reviewers have hit the highlights of this game, so there's no point in me covering the same territory. I did like the simple jigsaw puzzle at the beginning and wish there had been more of those. The matching was just okay for me, partly because it wasn't always easy to tell what the icons were supposed to represent, which took some of the visual enjoyment out of it. Graphics and animations were excellent.
But...I just don't like the floating game board. As you make a match, the board shoots up, down, left, or right. And you cannot see all of the board at the same time. You could find it entertaining, but for me it's annoying. A key appears once you are 80% done with matches to allow you to unlock the level. But be aware that if you want all three gold stars, you need to complete 100% of the matches, not just 80%. The key/lock gimmick was nice if you could find the lock, because remember, the board is floating all over the place.
Try it. You might love it. Or you might get motion sickness. I think I'm kidding.

Ghost Whisperer™
Join Melinda Gordon in helping ghosts with unfinished business.
I'd call this an uneven game, meaning ups and downs. Good graphics, but the people were cartoon-y and like paper doll cut-outs. Nice animations, but they were limited, and there was a noticeable delay between scenes. Dialogue was decent in some spots yet stilted in others, with little story development. Ghostly presences were far and few, and it was even harder to stay in the mood with the game jumping from finding inventory to hidden objects to unrelated mini-puzzles. In essence, the game was a very weak imitation of the TV show, and nothing like the true experiences of the woman the show is based on. (I live in a nearby community). So for me, this game doesn't have a ghost of a chance. Yes, someone had to say it.
A different kind of matching, where you rotate groups of blocks to match colors. It takes a little bit of logic, but it’s not hard. And I enjoyed the gentle mental challenge. Unfortunately, the levels have a timer, so this isn’t a game to play while watching TV. You’ve got to keep your attention on the game! But the timer seems to be reasonable to allow you to succeed. One thought: it might not be a good game if you have color blindness.

Slingo Mystery 2: The Golden Escape
Help Maggie Gold as she seeks to find out why Freddy’s money hasn’t solved her problems.
A multifaceted game combining adventure, hidden objects, and Slingo (slots + Bingo). Well done with nice, clean graphics, but some HO’s were tricky to find because of being small or hard to identify. Entertaining and good fun!
Delightful graphics and animations. A fun TM game even for someone like me who finds them frustrating. Dragons are fed at one end and pop out jewels at the other. Marauders need to have the life essence slapped out of them. Jewels are collected and used to design jewelry to buy upgrades. It’s all good.
