I was looking forward to Big Fish offering this game and here it is, wow what I lovely start of the day!
Royal Envoy 3 is a superb game with rich and detailed graphics, fun situations all the way, levels that require both strategy skills and quick thinking if you want those 3 stars. However, with there being both a timed and relaxed mode, you can take it easy should you wish to.
There is a walkthrough in the extras section which I admit to consulting here and then in my quest for the 3 stars....lol
You have 15 islands to visit with plenty of levels to complete, the tasks are varied, fun and interesting, not to mention surprising at times, I'll say no more.
There is also an achievements section.
Royal Envoy 3 is a perfect sequel.....don't miss it!
I recommend this game!

I love this game, it's so fun to play that once you start you cannot stop. It requires strategy and quick thinking, it's not so easy to get the 3 stars on all levels! The graphics are well made and rich in details, the tasks are plenty and varied, I never experienced a boring moment.
The level where you have to fill the bank is amongst my favourites, when you think you are finally done, up come a bunch of thieves that you better catch if you don't want to start over again.
The games in this series keep getting better and better.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the complex level of entertainment provided by this game.
An interesting storyline, a good intro, exceptionally crisp and detailed graphics, great animations, good voice overs, good HOG's, great mini games, those are the aspects that I most liked.
Worth noting is the possibility to choose between 4 game modes, with "Detective Mode" being the hardest, a task list, an achievement section, a shop, a fabulously conceived game map, a bonus game and extras.
I really loved the way that the secret files activate which is, in my opinion, quite a gem in developing terms.
One word of warning, this game uses a lot of your computer resources, so there may be a risk of over heating on some machines.
I recommend this game!

City of Ashes: a Great Sequel to the Dark Dimensions series!
Let yourself be taken to Phoenix Hill to get rid of yet another Dark Dimension phenomenon....
This game has it all to provide great fun to the player, whether beginner or experienced with 3 game modes to choose from.
It has an achievement section which I personally always love, and you have to find golden animals hidden throughout the game.
The graphics are excellent and crisp, with each scene containing an amazing amount of little details, carefully drawn and conceived.
The HOS are great with 2 types of objects to find, and the mini games entertaining, with the skip button activating relatively quickly depending on what game mode you selected. The same applies to the hint button.
I loved the videos, voice overs, and the fact that some newspaper articles turn into mini video clues.
The map is very helpful, allowing you to quickly jump from one location to another.
The diary has also been well conceived, with a "past" section that resumes the previous games in the series.

This game will please all those liking fairytale stories as it has all the right ingredients in it. 3 game modes, lovely fairytalish graphics, good voice overs, fight of good against evil. The mini games are fun and not too hard to figure out with the skip button activating pretty quickly, the HOS a little different than the usual type. Good map and diary. The fun bit for me was trying to catch the fireflies in order to recharge the hint button.
A demon kidnaps your fiancé, you go to Sacra Terra Island to save him....
I enjoyed this game very much, with crisp graphics and good sound quality this game is as good as, if not better, than the previous installment "Sacra Terra: Angelic Night". If you like Good against Evil themes, you will enjoy this. 2 play modes, not too hard hidden object scenes and mini games. You have to find Beyond Objects throughout the game. Great interactive map where you can jump from one scene to another. The game is overall very well conceived and I personally really enjoyed it.
When your daughter, Emily, is taken over by a mysterious force, you must travel to the Nightmare Realm to search for a cure. But nothing could have prepared you for what you find there…
You have to enter the Nightmare Realm to find a cure for your daughter Emily, whose energy has been captured by the Creature....
This game provides fabulously crisp graphics, good music to fit the general atmosphere, 3 play modes, a good strategy guide. It widescreens nicely.
The story spreads through the meanders of the Nightmare Realm, with each scene beautifully drawn and with intricate details, all adding to the general nightmarish atmosphere.
The map in itself is a beautifully and cleverly conceived addition to the game, and shows event cards of important moments in your journey, character cards which you unlock by finding origami pieces throughout the game, and of course the areas you have covered.
The mini puzzles aren't too hard to figure out and provide great fun.

This is a fabulous game with beautiful graphics and good sound quality, interesting hidden object games, fun mini puzzles, good music. Loved the general atmosphere, the matching music, the detailed scenes, the characters. It is kind of a gloomy game that is probably not fit for the Christmas period, but if you love that kind of story, you will like this one.
I recommend this game!

This game hasn't much to offer, poor quality graphics all round but what I find the most annoying are the oddly drawn characters that somehow keep shifting their weight from left to right, very strange. That alone made me leave the demo quite quickly.
The game doesn't wide screen and keeps a good 1.5 in of black screen on each side.
The modern music does not fit the period in which the story is set.
The story line, although nothing new, could have been fun if only the whole package had been better conceived.

10 out of 10 for this installment of Mystery Case Files. If the series was excellent before, now it got even better with this superbly conceived gem of a game. Real actors, good acting, exceptionally crisp graphics and videos, a real life map, difficult mini puzzles, a clear strategy guide, all of it polished up to the extreme. I love it!
