I've loved all the Christmas Wonderland games, and this one as well! This time, the extra things to find are nativity characters and presents shown as silhouettes. There's no timer, and after a level you can replay it immediately, so if you forgot to finish finding all the silhouette items for example, you can replay while it's fresh in your mind. The only down side is that prior to seeing the level score, you have no idea how many nativity characters are hidden in the scene, so for me personally I can sit there an extra 5 minutes looking for nothing. That's why I love the Replay option. The mini-games (spot the difference, memory, jigsaw, etc.) are all skippable and they're pretty well balanced with challenge level. I gave it a 4 on visual/sound because the "cut scenes" with the family are sometimes a little blurry. The hidden object scenes are clear and the music is nice, it's pretty much the same as previous Christmas Wonderland games, and I like it. If you liked previous Christmas Wonderland games, this one will not disappoint!
The graphics are not as crisp, the hidden object scenes are not very challenging, and the gems are huge compared to the first game. I found the music in the first one to be relaxing and pleasant, and this one is like every other game out there. There's more of a storyline but it's not all that interesting, especially if you're playing this because you loved the first one. I don't want to spoil the ending, but there's an ending. I was so disappointed. If they had not suggested this was going to be anything like Chronicles of Albian the Magic Convention, I would probably have given it a higher rating (4). I only recommend if you didn't love the first one or never played it.
Look after and feed fun 3D fish and watch them play and interact with each other as you complete exciting match-3 levels to earn money for decorating your aquarium!

I'm a big fan of Fishdom, so maybe I'm biased, but this really does seem like the best of the series. The same great match-3 as previous Fishdom games, with some new obstacles like ice, boxes, and volcanic rock. The classic features are also there including bombs and the lightning rune-thing. A helpful turtle named Tina will explain game mechanics and aquarium and purchase features. There is a timed mode and a relaxed mode like in the previous iterations. I marked "Level of Challenge" as Excellent because I don't want insane levels like in some other match-3, but if that's what you're looking for this might be on the easy side. I find as you get further into the game the challenge is sufficiently satisfying without being maddening. The new tanks and fish are great! The fish TALK to you! They also still think of things they want, but they have fish personalities, and they chat to one another, and to you, about various things. The big difference is that fish, decorations, and plants are unlocked by Levels. As you take care of your fish and decorate the tank, you gain levels like in a role-playing game, and as you level up new things are available for purchase. Backgrounds are available for purchase, and you can switch between them easily, so you don't have to get a whole new tank just to have a different motif. There are themes for the decorations, and you can filter the list of available things on a theme for easier access. As you gain trophies for your tank, it gains capacity, which I assume means capacity for more fish. So it seems like there's a limit on how many fish can be in the aquarium, which makes sense since they have personalities. The only criticism I have is minor, the fish aren't quite as cute as they were previously. And since they talk, the aquarium doesn't seem quite so serene....
