Orphan Evy wakes to find herself in a fairytale kingdom under threat from an evil witch. Help her save the magic kingdom with Marble Popping puzzle duels.
I really enjoyed this game. I am not a regular fan of the marble popper genre, but this one is fantastic! You are playing a 10 yr old orphan who has been transported magically from the orphanage to a fairytale forest that has been overtaken by an evil queen. You meet a host of interesting characters as the story progresses. The difference here is that you have to battle the evil guys in a turn based marble popper game. Each of the colors has a different effect on your character or your opponent. Some heal you, some injure the bad guy, some enhance your power. It is a very interesting game, and a whole lot of fun! The graphics are fantastic, the storyline is detailed and interesting, and the game itself is awesome. I will be purchasing this one as soon as I finish this review! Loved it. Highly recommend it!
This one is a winner! It's got everything we TM fans want- Great storyline, excellent graphics, relaxed and timed mode, and a tutorial that you can skip if you don't need it. The only thing that irritated me was the screech owl sound that plays every minute or so. Other than that little sound, It is a fantastic game!
With great new graphics, unlockable videos and even more exciting challenges, you’ll love every minute of this amazing adventure through architectural history!
I love each of these Monument Builders TM games! One of the best things about each of these sequels is the attention to detail and storyline. I have learned more about these great monuments from the fact blurbs throughout the game than I did in school! As this series gets better and better graphically, it still remembers that we all want to have fun just playing the game. I can't wait to see which monument they will do next. Maybe they will come to the USA and tackle DC's famous monuments! Bravo Monument Builders!
I really enjoyed this game. I wasn't sure when I first started how much I would like this one. It doesn't have a lot of the bells and whistles graphically, that have been appearing in a lot of the new games, but it does not detract from the game at all. It has both timed and relaxed modes, which I know will make a lot of the relaxer's happy. Lots of levels, it can take some time if you are gold crazy like me and want all gold stars. Took me a full day, but finally have them all. I do wish they had put in achievements during the game, but hopefully they will add it when they make the sequel. Nice to see a bunch of TM games this past couple of weeks. I hope that continues for a long time!
I thought this was an excellent game, but I have to say it is definitely the hardest, most challenging TM game I've ever played. I was able to get the gold level on the 1st try for only the first 4 levels. After that, I had to replay quite often to achieve it. This game is from the makers of My Kingdom for the Princess series, and does not have an untimed option which I know is a turn off for some TM players. I personally only play the timed versions, so it doesn't effect me, but I wish they would put the option in to keep everyone happy tho. I rated lower on the sound only because they use the same music as the King's Smith series and I found that quite disconcerting at times. If you are ready for a challenge, then this is the game for you. It will keep you busy for a long while! I loved it!
Love it when I log on and there is a new TM game instead of another HOG. Love it even more when it is an awesome new TM game! We start out in this story trying to fly around the world in an air balloon. Things go badly for our hero, and his air balloon crashes into the ocean, only to be found by a small tribe of Islanders who have been awaiting your arrival. The Islanders need help fixing their Island, in return, they will help get you home at the end of your travels. This is a building TM game. You plant, fields, build cottages, etc.
It is well thought out, has an engaging storyline, nice Islandy music, awesome graphics, and just a whole lot of fun! I had my card out to buy it as soon as the trial was over! Loved this game!
Finally, a new TM game worth owning! This one is along the lines of MKFTP and Northern Tale, only better. The storyline is well written, fun and engaging. Game play has 3 levels. I always play timed, but I believe there is an untimed version. Sound was great, the music was actually good and did not make you want to bash your head against a wall. This is one of the best new TM games to have come out in quite awhile. It has quickly become my favorite. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I highly recommend this one.!
I was not a fan of the first Weather Lords game, so I didn't get too excited when I saw this one. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they did a complete overhaul of the original game, and added a fun storyline to boot! I enjoyed this from beginning to end. I purchased it as soon as the trial ended. Hope BF brings us more like this one! Loved it!
I thought this was a great new game. If you are a fan of the Be a King series, or building TM games in general, then I think you will enjoy this one. The only difference is that it is set in the Old West instead of Medieval England. Each level gives you objectives such as number of people, or types of buildings and a time limit to win the level. I am unsure if there is an untimed option as I always take the timed choice. I thought it was a lot of fun, and had my card out as soon as the trial ended. Hope you enjoy it as well!
So excited when I find a TM game I haven't played and it turns out to be a good one!! This is an excellent game, although I do not think it ever came out as a game of the day on BF. You are in charge of running a juice bar in this one. There was a great variety of different drinks to mix, so you never run out of new things to do in this game. However, there are no power ups or bonus's that you can buy, or achievements. I hope they put these features in if they decide to make a 2nd one. I would love to play a sequel to this game, but I hope they advertise it better and feature it as a today's new game so that others will see it and give it a try. I'm going to put it as my favorite game in reviews for awhile in the hopes that it draws others to check it out. I really enjoyed this one.
