Your niece sends a letter saying that Dr. Thomson and her have discovered something that will change the world, and she wants you to come see it, but after traveling there no one knows where she is. The butler tells you she left you a package. Inside there is a harlequin and a note from your niece saying that the harlequin can fix things. and she does, but I find the whole idea a little silly. but whatever. Dr. Thomson has only one thing to say "Go to her room and STAY THERE"! Of course you don't. Instead you set out to find her, which you do, but she is just an empty shell with no soul. Can you find her soul?
I liked this game, it's not very hard, but there is quite a variety to the puzzles and actions you have to perform, and I love variety, I tend to get very bored doing the same things over and over. If you don't want to do the HOS you can switch to doing a puzzle. I didn't notice if there was a skip, but like I said everything I found was pretty simple, so you probably wont need it. The hint is slow to recharge, but again, you probably wont need it since the map tells you where to go next. The visuals are very pretty and clear. Voice overs were good, and I seen there was a control for setting the voice and music, but I didn't mess with that.
There are 4 modes: casual, advanced, hardcore, and custom.
There is a setting for full screen and wide screen.
A jump map. which is visually nice as well, and shows where the next action is.
26 achievements
4 museums (which I think you decorate with coins you find in the game)
A Boudoir-I'm guessing you decorate that as well?
CE: Collectibles-mask and coins in each scene (sometimes 2-3 per scene
Extra Game concept art x 11 wallpaper x 19 music x 5 Puzzles to replay Free Search to replay the HOS
A car accident leads you to a castle where you become entwined in a mystery of lost love. Not a bad game. I enjoyed playing it. I really liked some of the puzzles, They are a bit different, but none too hard, The whole game is pretty easy to figure out. CE extras are: Bonus chapter strategy guide wallpaper concept art cut scenes and soundtrack No collections or morphs that I seen, but it does have a nice jump map. It is a pretty good game, so I do recommend it, but if I purchase it I will wait for the SE since there is no collections or morphs.
An amulet purchased in an antique shop has awakened an ancient and terrible evil. Help rescue your beloved and save mankind from the coming eternal frost!
Have to collect 11 good souls to help you save the woman you love from evil ice men. Not a bad game. Quite enjoyable really, but it has the longest, slowest cut scenes I have ever seen! Don't think it is something I would purchase, but it is worth a try.
I recommend this game!

Love this game! There is a strange storm in Paris, and every time lightening strikes a girl is turned into a puppet. Your sent there to unwrap the mystery. In this collectors edition there are: 13 mini games 9 hidden object (little piggy banks that give you coins) 6 wallpapers 16 concept art 3 really cool screen savers 8 movies 4 tracks of music diary achievements task button and a jump map There are 3 options:casual, advanced, and hard Hos are very easy. Things like finding the arrows to shoot the eye out of the octopus, and finding objects in a story. I definitely recommend this game! I will be adding this one to my collection! Happy gaming!!!
I did not like this game at all. There are only 1 or 2 things to do at each location. The HOS are dark, cluttered, and small. You would have to have 20/20 vision to do them well. Also I was annoyed when it asked for 4 brushes, and when i clicked the paint brush it turned out not to be the brush they wanted. Either specify the type of brush, or only have one type. I was also annoyed by having to click and drag to use an inventory item. I found it to be a bit too cartoonish too, but that's a personal preference.
I enjoyed playing this game. Was glad to see her imp was still there even though I know many of you don't like the little helpers. There is: a jump map collectible puzzle pieces morphs a bonus game along with the usual CE bling Puzzles were easy, and I really liked the variety in the HOS. I will be getting the collectors edition. Happy gaming!
I liked the game, It was quite enjoyable to play. I was a little disappointed that there was nothing to collect except runes which at the end seem to give you a hint of some kind. The story line is you are a sheriff called to investigate some missing persons. In certain locations you have to find 5 spirits energies to get a part of the story. In the CE you get wallpapers, screen savers, movies, concept art, and meet the creators in the workshop. Those things don't really interest me, so not sure I would buy the CE, but I am curious about what the runes give us in the end. It's definitely worth a try. Happy gaming!
I love this game...you and your co-coast guard officer Gregory are trying to stop the Jaguar God from taking over the world with their evil plan. Even though a hooded figure turns Gregory into a jaguar, he continues to help you throughout the game. There is a jump map which helps with the foot work, It also tells you where your next action is, but it doesn't tell you whether you found the morphs and totems or not, so I do wish they had included that. There are a variety of things to do in this game. so you never get sick of any one action. Hidden object scenes even have a variety in them such as putting objects in the correct location, list search, silhouette search, or you can switch to a game of mahjong. There is also a variety of puzzle games like using a lock pick, a checkers type game, placing tiles into the correct order. There are morphing objects to find and totems which once found gives you a bird. The collectors edition has 9 wallpapers, 9 concept art, 3 screensavers, a mayan horoscope (which I have no idea what it does), a bonus chapter, and of course the strategy guide. The only annoying thing I found was in the beginning of the game there is a man knocking on the door continually while your trying to figure what to do next, but other than that all was very nice. Most the music is quiet noises and music, there were a couple that were kind of loud, but I didn't find them annoying at all. Visuals and sound were great! It's a buy for me! Good job Elfin Games!!!
