Maybe it's just my game but I only managed to get to Chapter 2 where I need to build a mechanical heart. I'm supposed to have a base mold but no matter where I look I cannot find one.
Is anyone else having this problem? It was promising to be a really good eerie type game - just my type.
I don't recommend this game.

You are Helen and you are the chosen one. You must defeat the evil that would destroy the world.
Travel into other dimensions meeting the rulers of water, air, land and fire. Complete jobs for those that ask in order to obtain their scepters.
In order to complete each quest you must repair, make or find items to let you continue on. And along the way you meet various other people who will guide you to the next area.
This game was like reading a storybook with pictures. You must listen and refer to you manual.
You must complete various mini-games but each to their own end.
I didn't particularly like the ending. What happened to the trolls? What happened to those captured?
You close the portal using the Kind and Queen gems and then that's pretty much it!
But it is fun to do games like this where you pretty much have to use your brain.
I recommend this game!

I just tried the trial version but will be buying it shortly!
You must fight against an old nemesis Charles for the release of the souls of the twins and Rose. There are plenty of challenges ahead of you.
There did seem to be one glitch - at least with my game! Chapter 2; Ravenherst; when you must join the colours. Mine wouldn't join no matter what direction or order I took.
I must now proceed to finish the game and hopefully present another review!
I recommend this game!

I played the standard version of this game. When it came to the wine cellar for the blacksmith, I played the HOP and was supposed to get the Winemakers Journal. Due to a glip in the developers coding, I received an encrypted book of secrets - again! I had already used it earlier. Maybe the collector's edition is different.
It's pretty difficult navigating around. This is where a map would be handy for sure.
I don't recommend this game.

Basically you are trying to get rid of giant flowers. You meet up with a scientist and he sends you out to collect flower petals to make toxins to destroy the flowers.
I don't find a story here. He tells you a bit, you look to where you can go, you go there, play hidden object, collect, go back to scientist, arrange molecules, spray, go to next area, play hidden object, repeat.
I've played almost all of the League of Light games but if this is a sign of the future with this game, this will be the last time I play it.
It is the most boring game I've come across yet.
I don't recommend this game.

What a weird and twisted game! It may look like it’s a children’s’ game but trust me, it isn’t. I lost track of whether I was her friend, her teddy bear causing the entire ruckus or something else. The scenery and videos can be construed as that of a twisted mind, a spirit or a child living inside her own nightmare. If you’ve ever watched shows like Poltergeist then you’ll settle quite nicely into the game.
You return with Joanne to her childhood home to discover what happened in the past and why her mother committed suicide. Joanne is grabbed away and placed into time and it’s up to you to find the rings but first to find the diaries, read them, and then with Joanne’s help through a mirror get transported back to the little girl?
Talk about a psychological twisted path. You have many mini games to play ranging from putting puzzles together, finding clues and solving mysteries, playing HOH games (try searching for something when there’s a pair of eyes following your every move). You have easy tasks and you have difficult one. Do the faces and hands pressing against the walls suggest the home is alive and filled with unrest souls.
Travel back through time with Joanne’s help knowing that mother knows you are there and will keep pushing you into another dimension each time you solve one mystery thinking it's the end.You travel between a house destroyed, a twisted child's idea of a home to a normal home.
I began to think I was the teddy bear when mother tried to board up and prevent Joanne from going into the attic. I also went through the game at times letting loose with expressions of “whoa”, “really?” and “okay then”. There were also a few chuckles along the way. Mother knew I was Joanne's friend but when she talks to me, am I who I think I am or someone else!
This was an awesome game and now, after playing the bonus chapter, I am wondering just who I was in the main story. Will you know? I can go on and on but then my mind starts to dart from here to there so all I'm going to say is play the game and find out for yourself!
I recommend this game!

I've always followed the Cadenza and similar games. This one was the worst. I played the trial and there was so much action.
You are a reporter following an old rock band reuniting after so many years. You are taken to a town where not is as it should be. A ghost appears and spirits you back to the 60's where you find out that one of the rock group is actually attracting and draining the souls of music groups but you don't see them as the game is centered around this one group. As you investigate further you run into the person and she instructs the ghost (who is under her control through a music box) to get rid of you. A blast … and there you must buy which I did because up to then it was great and full of adventure and I couldn't wait for more.
Well upon buying the game I settled in for what I thought would be a longer, more adventurous game. Not! You get into the hotel, you defeat the band member through the help of the ghost and all returns to normal.
It could have gone so much further! How about rescuing each band member, how about leaving the hotel, how about anything! I was done in one hour and I just finished the bonus game that was about an hour long.
This would have done better as a standard game. I did enjoy the guitar music during some of the HOH games but that's it.
I don't recommend this game.

Once again I'm thrown into Redemption Cemetery. It starts out with a call …
The call brings you to an amusement park that isn't very amusing at all. There has been quite a few disappearances and you find a malevolent force at work growing stronger on the souls.
You must now head in and save the souls of the three people who, if saved, will each stop part of the evil's growth. You will travel through time and portals fighting the evil and saving each soul by going back and undoing what was done.
I found myself totally involved with the various side projects you needed to do that I was often shocked when I returned to the original quest. Follow a map and do something at each stop from putting together a puzzle to placing objects in their proper places. You have so much more to do then the usual hunt and click of an HOH game.
The storyline runs through its course smoothly and completely, video and everything else in keeping with Redemption. Even the bonus game is a game on it's own. I expected a quick run through but there was a whole new short story.
As usual, Redemption did it again! It kept me leisurely busy for a few days! Now when's the next one.
I recommend this game!

Very simply put. Your wife is kidnapped, you must find treasure for criminal, you do, he dies.
I continued playing thinking it might change but it didn't. It makes me think that the developer tried to put a story to a hidden object game? I got frustrated when I'd go to pick something up and couldn't. Your mouse is an arrow and gears are shown with the arrow when you come close to having to do a task or pick something up. However, unless you are in the right position, you can't get a hand to pick up your object because the gears are grinding and the arrow is there. There were a few times that were frustrating to pick up an object.
Very little interaction with others. I think the criminal just showed up 3x and the 4th he died - or something.
You see the Shaman and interact with him twice. The wife is in the picture twice. The second time when you can fly up the rain tower and talk to her. Why you didn't undo the ropes and let her climb down, I don't know.
I don't know if the wife got freed because the game just ended!
A total waste of money. Maybe someone else can figure out just what type of game this is.
I will be shaking my head for a couple of days thinking "huh"?
I don't recommend this game.

I was bored one day and decided to try Hero of the Kingdom III. Well my boredom immediately disappeared. Once I finished that game I had to try this game. I'm sure I saw it before and just thought, "no way" but this time I tried and got lost in the game.
This is a "think before you do" game. You must find your sister who has been kidnapped by Black Rose, a notorious pirate. You gather your belongings and head out, hunting, sleeping and making coin along the way.
Once you make it to the city, you must then build a ship and more must be taken on and completed in order for you to make the coin, to buy the goods, to build the ship. Once the king hears that you are building a ship he asks that you search for his daughter who has also been kidnapped.
Your journey is long and it will take you to many islands. You save the king's daughter who decides to become your travelling company on your journey.
You track down the notorious pirate and free your sister. As your are about to attack him, your sister tells you to … what? Play the game and you'll find out.
My advice is to not take on too many jobs at once. I found myself, buying and then selling to make coin to complete the main plot. Oh! And when you find some of the gems - don't sell! You're going to need them! And don't take the abundance of animals for granted! They soon become scarce and you must learn a new way and find new sources! And freeing the hostages doesn't come easy!
Finally all I can say is that after playing both these games, I am addicted. Now, all my other games seem - well boring like the day I first tried Hero of the Kingdom! You're on your own baby and loving it! No help, it's all up to you.
Loved, loved, loved it!
I recommend this game!
