I've always been a huge fan of the Cake Mania series, and this version posed a completely new plot. While the change in scenery with the other three shops was entertaining, I would have preferred to play more in the Evan's Bakery. I also was unable to play in full screen or 3d mode without lag. Could just be my computer, but still mildly annoying. All in all, it did present some challenge in both Jill and Risha's shops making for longer game play.
I recommend this game!

This game started off great. The storyline is cute. But after purchasing upgrades, you are forced to continue to buy them at each level? Another thing I disliked was that it is impossible to fail at a level. One could make it through the entire game without putting any real effort into it. The actual gameplay is alright but each level can take a very long time. Like sometimes thirty minutes... Needs some improvement.
I don't recommend this game.

Lots of times I find that I am able to beat time management games pretty quickly and it isn't entirely worth the money I pay. This one was different. The game play was great, I believe there was something like ten different locations, and it got fairly difficult (I like a challenge). The upgrades are plentiful and not always easily attainable. Great game, it lasted me a while, and I will probably play it again. :)
I recommend this game!
