If you appreciate sequential solitaire, you will like this relaxing game.
It has an interesting storyline and challenges every level. There are things, like docks and barracks, that need building between levels that earn power ups and bonuses.
I was so ingrossed in this game, I was surprised when my demo time was up! Definately worth a try, maybe even a buy!
I recommend this game!

I love dominos. I play real ones as well as virtual ones. I really had high hopes for this game. I had to curbed the impulse to buy this without trying the trial as is my usual habit and I am very glad I did.
This game is not the best dominos game I have ever played. Although it is not the worst, that reall isn't saying much. Yes, the option of downloading your own backgrounds is neat and, yes, you can have multiple profiles like many other games. However, the only games I won were the standard block games I played. The other versions were always skewed in the computers favour as the computer selects your tiles for you in all games. Out of twenty games played of any of the scoring versions, the computer had the highest double eighteen times. The computer also had more of the tiles to score with than I did. The scoring games need multiples of 3, 5, 6, or 9 to score (example: in the 5 multiple game, a double 5 get you ten points], with the winner of the game scoring the total points of the tiles left in the loser's hand. Each of the scoring games is out of 100. So you play against the computer until one of you runs out of tiles, the winner adding the leftover pips to their score and you continue to play until one of you scores 100 points. Every time I came close [91, 94, 96 points], the computer managed to get to 100 [or more) within the next turn. I thought I must be playing poorly so I got some help from someone. They watched the scoring pieces and I watched the play. We still lost. I know this sounds very 'sore loser' but I like a game that allows for the chance to win occationally.
As I said, I had such high hopes for this game. I think I will just uninstall it to free up space for something less hopeless and more fun to play.
I don't recommend this game.

This game requires you to think and look at everything. Yes, the story is that your father is missing and you feel the need to go after him after your farm is attacked by bandits.
There are tasks everywhere. Some tasks are flagged in yellow and others are things you need to find by looking. There are mushrooms, crayfish, gold and eggs everywhere. They just need to be clicked on to pick them up. You will find that you need them in unexpected places so pick them up so you don't have to double back. You really need to click on every yellow task bubble. Just because you don't have the items in your inventory, doesn't mean you can't do the task. For parts of the story, you need to finish every task you come accross. Other tasks cannot be accomplished until you move to the next part of the map which means you have to double back sometimes. To get some of the speeches to move faster, click on the words. They light up in yellow and that means you can speed things up. Other speeches can be sped up by clicking the check marks within the speech boxes. If you quickly scan the speeches, you will get enough of an idea of what is required of you. There are also pictures of what and how many you need of items.
Honestly, I really likes this game. The speech bubbles can be a little confusing if English is your first language (not sure what language this game was translated from but is wasn't done well). This is an adventure game that is not like any I've played in a long time. I may just have to buy this game although I did manage to attack the bandits, save a prince and join the army all within the trial. This needs some thinking!
Definately worth a look. Give it a try; it can always be uninstalled.
I recommend this game!

If you enjoy Plans vs Zombies you will like this game. You play as Dorothy's grandson and his cat that get sucked into a computer game. Oz is being attacked and you, as Dorothy's decendant, need to rescue the people. Like P vs Z, you need to unlock the various weapons by being victorious over your enemies. In this game, your weapons are magical mana fountains {they create mana so you can buy and build your defences}, magic towers, walls, landmines, etc.
This game progresses very rapidly. You get one level of tutorial, and one level that gives you three emeralds to defend. After that, you are on your own to defend the the whole area and earn new weapons. Your enemies also get more dangerous. And, unlike P vs Z, there are no lawnmowers to save you. Sometimes, if your enemies get your emeralds, the emeralds blow up and get your enemies but that is rare. And the level does not end until you either kill all the enemies or they escape with your emeralds.
I really enjoyed this game even though I was sceptical when I realized that it was so similar to a game I already own. Give the demo a try; if you don't like it, uninstall it.
I recommend this game!

Battleship...what can I say. The graphics are absolutley incredible! There are three modes: Classic, Salvo, and Mega Weapons.Classic mode allows you to play in the usual manner but the graphics are fantastic as you hit either storm-tossed seas or the real ships! Salvo is similar only you start with 5 hits and decrease from there. The last mode is a little harder to figure out. You have multiple weapons to use. I think I screwed it up because the computer had multiple hits and I got only one but I'll figure it out. There is no tutorial with this game and in the last mode you don't even get the digital readout on your console for help.
If you enjoy war games or just want to be nostalgic, this game's for you!
I recommend this game!

I had high hopes for this game. The graphics are incredible! The music was rather irritating after a while, unfortunately. I really tried to play this game for as long as possible. I almost finished the first "pack" before I quit. Then I realized that I'd only played the demo for eight minutes!
The game starts you off really easy and walks you through how to play. The first couple of levels are very simple {place one piece next level, place two pieces next level, etc.}. Then the levels suddenly get harder and more of a challenge which was great. However, I started to zone out.
I think this game would be great if you wanted to play a game but didn't have much time. You could play a level or two and leave the game. And then come back to it later and play a couple more levels.
Try the demo and see if this game is for you. You can always uninstall it.
I recommend this game!

This is a great match 3. It has many challenges within each level. This is not match 3 every time. Some levels have brain teasers, others are timed. Each level is more challenging than the last. I played the trail and was so caught up I lost track of time (that doesn't happen very often with a match 3).
The storyline is minimal and simple but provides just enough information to get you going forward in a logical sequence. You don't have to have played or heard of the first game to enjoy this one.
I suggest playing the trial of this game before buying it. If it's not for you, you can always uninstall it.
I recommend this game!

I read the reviews and thought I'd try it for myself. Yes, it is a basic match/majong game but it has bonus cards and extra shuffles and jokers you can buy. It moved along normally but sometimes you suddenly get a strike and the frame is over. I played for the whole trial hour and still could not figure out why that happened. Some cards are bonses that get you extra shuffles or jokers, but I never did figure out how I could move one card, get a strike and the frame was over.
Try this game for yourself and decide. You can always uninstall it!
I recommend this game!

I read the reviews. I have this game for PS1 and it gives you two choices: one like the classic board game and one much more interactive. I had hoped that this would be more along those lines. However, this game is beyond basic. Very rarely do you know what is going on. You spin the wheel and move around the board, but money moves in and out of your account without you knowing why. None of the spaces give any indication what they are. There is no help that I could find since the game comes up as a long window and I couldn't see the whole window. I also couldn't find a way to change the view. I love this game as a board game and for the PS1 but I HATE this version of the game. I was beyond dissappointed. Play the trial before you spend your money!
I don't recommend this game.
