I have purchased all the previous games, so this was a "buy before I try." Not disappointed! The story is great and I love seeing the changes in the park and seeing familiar faces too! It's like the vacations of my youth when we went to Arkansas every year. I am curious - does anyone know if the guests are the actual puzzle makers? They are not drawn like the staff characters. Anyway, if you are new to this game, it isn't a play once and forget it. The lists change every time you start a scene. I hope the cruise ship one is coming, or maybe they should do a safari (photos, no hunting.) Or a zoo.
Confront an ancient evil and uncover your true! After a startling revelation changes your world forever, you must embark on an epic journey to save mankind.
This game has great puzzles, a compelling story, and extraordinary artwork. What they don't tell is is it's only half the story! I rarely purchase collector's editions as they don't have enough extra to fork out the money. So I don't know if the rest of the game is there or not.
I've played 1 & 2 at least 20 times each. Finally a 3! Awesome graphics (except my win 7 cheap desktop does not agree with me.) story, and characters. I bought without even looking at reviews, trying the sample, etc. I have not been disappointed!
Adorable, amusing, sometimes difficult hidden object. No map but it wasn't really needed. There is a walk-through which I had to use several times. It is practically perfect in every way!
Laruaville fans rejoice! Not only are our favorite obstacles and ghosts present but there are some new things - treasure in the grass, a silly yet genius notebook, and some diabolical magnets. If you don't like the notebook, you don't have to do it. But you do have to use mutating bombs and/or fire to get those ever important coins.
Not just HO here! There are tons of different puzzles from very easy to I'm skipping it before I throw my laptop out the window! And there's even a few extra puzzles once you solved one. The map is excellent. Easy to switch scenes, tell where there is something I can do... All in all the best HO I've ever played. The visuals aren't special and I didn't listen to the sound.
Complete dangerous missions amid dazzling landscapes of prehistoric Earth and alien worlds. Can you complete these thrilling puzzles in order to return home?
I do lots of HO puzzles and this is the best one for hidden objects as well as the puzzles in between. The hint button is useful the entire game, not just for HO scenes. The map works perfectly. The story line, with a nod to Von Daniken, makes sense.
I loved Cradle of Egypt, but this is nothing like it. The pointer that comes with the game doesn't work very well even though I decreased and increased the sensitivity levels. Also, you have to play it timed, which I never like. Got through 3 levels before giving up.
This game is more of a challenge that the 3 Laruaville games. An improvement, although I missed the cute characters. At first it felt like it was going fast, but it actually took me longer. I didn't like the frequent bombs, but I don't play any timed games, and I'm sure they would help. Then I got to a few levels where the bombs are an absolute requirement for finishing the board. The puzzles in between match boards are better as well. All in all, delightful. I'm going to play it again now.
PS: I had a note to myself that read "Level 39 "skip" a problem". But I don't remember why!
