less said the better, i love HOGs but this game is nothing but lame graphics (laughable actually) where the plot is a husband & wife go to camp on a deserted island but the husband "gets taken by dinosauers" & the wife could care less. Even though i'm a fan of hogs, these were just junk piles. don't bother with Sarah.
I bought this game after reading some positive reviews. I knew it wasn't a straight HOG which is my very favorite genre but I have been branching out into adventure hogs. This game started out promising with beautiful graphics and clear (though far and between) hog scenes. The story line isn't very clear, no VO's but there are ghosts that try to get your attention. After my trial went smooth i bought it w/a game credit. Then things went downhill. I got stuck and the hint button is not very helpful. The journal helps to a point but as I continued further in the game I needed the walkthrough more and more. Not enough clues for me I guess. Then it got monotenous. Puzzle after puzzle. Turn the wheel, match-ups, move the mosaic puzzles, luckily the SKIP button kicks in after a minute or two. Finally I quit and deleted it. Too much frustration for an uneventful game. My opinion only, this game wasn't my cup of tea.
i bolted from this game after buying without demoing based on recommendations here. Visually amatuerish, small HOs, back & forth. After playing Sins of the Father, no HOG/A is ever going to live up to the beauty of that game.
I don't recommend this game.

first off i read the rave reviews of this game and bought it because of those ratings. Some were written by credible experts. First off the game is not full screen making the HOs VERY hard to find as well as the 2 batteries you need to power up hints. You also can find bells in every scene to get added bonus. I didn't mind the voice overs except for Valerie, who sounds like she's from the 80's. All others got into an accent aind attitude. mini games are not challenging at all, most common are circle words. I would recommend this game toward younger players who do not need glasses. I really had a hard time finding items hidden behind objects or too small.
i did the trial on this knowing it was an easy game since i enjoy straight HOG (no going back and forth). I bought it and discovered (as usual) it was a very short game. It passed the time when i wasn't feeling good so I could focus on something else. Light hearted and colorful. More like this please.
