I decided to play this before I made a decision on the sequel which just came out. It is a great game and I totally enjoyed it. Even though some took a bit of time, the hidden objects were all findable, if sneakily hidden at times. There seemed to be many puzzle items to find and lots to do so things moved right along. I found the puzzles to all be doable with a bit of thought too. I'm ready for the next one!
I absolutely loved this game! The story kept me playing every spare moment I had. And Hansel and Gretal, the extra play, just topped the whole thing off. The bonus play was like getting a whole new minnie game that happened to tie into the main game. The only thing I didn't like was the children't voices. They just grated on my nerves. Now I can't wait for the next in the Dark Parables series.
I recommend this game!

Agatha Christie: Peril at End House
Hercule Poirot is at it again Mon dieu! - in another Hidden Object mystery of murderous proportions.
This was my very first game and I must have played it at least 20 times. I loved it and my first exposure to a storyline and mini games. The object list changes from game to game but eventually you have seen them all and I liked testing my memory.
I recommend this game!

Christmas Tales: Fellina's Journey
Find Santa’s magic star and stop the gruesome Icy Elf from ruining Christmas for everyone on the planet in Christmas Tales: Fellina’s Journey!
A friend at BFGs suggested this game to me so I game it a few tries. Other than the words Santa Clause I can't hear the introduction well enough to understand it. I did play for a while and some of the hidden items did have unusual names but that wouldn't have put me off. I would need for there to be subtitles to even consider this game. It looked like it could have been cute.
Enter the world of Drawn. Explore the Painted Tower and unravel its mysteries on your quest to save the hope of the kingdom. Can you reach the top of the tower?
Nine months ago I couldn't even attempt to play a game like this but tried it again and did well and loved it. It just shows me that experience playing games increases my abilities. I did have problems knowing what to do next but there are hints that help. I absolutely loved the voice of the narrator, who is also a character in the game. Now I can't wait to start the second in the series.
Very nice game, where you earn stars to buy items to decorate your tree and the surroundings. You can buy numerous tree decorations, lights, lighted decorations and other trees, gifts and snowmen to set around your tree. It is a relaxing game with good music and powerups that become more powerful as you progress. I'm ready to start my third game now!
This is mainly a hidden object game with a great plot and some very unusual puzzles. I love hidden object games where I can work on finding things and remembering where they are. The puzzles are crazy and fun. Whoever thought these up did a fantastic job! I was unable to hear what some sounds were do to my poor hearing so they just sounded sort of spooky which was fine.
This was a really fun game. The really annoying thing for me is that I had to skip one of the puzzles both times I played it. It leaves the impression that there may be a sequel and, if so, I'm ready to buy it
The graphics are fantastic and the map is very helpful to locate something to work on next. Although overall I did like the game okay I was disappointed in the lack of text for all spoken comments, which I only found out about when my daughter told me. I was told there are lots of comments throughout the game and knowing I was missing them took some of the fun of the game away. The story did keep my interest but I didn't care for the ending. I also prefer that directions be given for puzzles but they didn't exist here.
