Is it a glitch or is it me

I love a cooking time management game so I was pretty sure I'd buy this one just for that fact alone. However there's either a glitch or I'm playing it wrong as sometimes when I click on a customer with an order the customer wont take it. I know I've got the right order as it's just a plain pancake or a coffee. That happened about five times in the demo. I'd be interested to see if this happens to anyone else or if someone can explain if I'm doing anything wrong.

Opinion is definitely divided on this game but personally I'm loving it. It's true the vine levels don't make for relaxing game play but those levels do not reflect how hard the rest of the game will be. For example I found level 47 a lot easier than level 25. This level and level 58 have been the most challenging for me. Now I'm on level 70 in story mode and thoroughly enjoying myself. I don't understand the reviews that have called this game boring but then I thought The Snow was abysmal and it got some pretty good reviews so I guess it's just down to personal taste :-)
