I have been a Big Fish player since 2013. I rarely leave reviews as others generally cover it. This game is the best that I have played in the last 5 years. Unique and different approaches, the story was engaging and fun. Even the extras were extra!
I am thankful for any games this year much less one where I look forward to playing and completely enjoy doing so. I think some reviewers are too harsh and are looking for something that is not intended from this site. I am a puzzle person and so I loved the number of those. I don't need every game to have the script of an Oscar winning movie or acting chops. Suspension of disbelief can be a great thing. There were some glitchy things but I find that in most games. I am sure all involved are being challenged as we all are and I am grateful that they continue to try to bring us content.
I rarely write reviews but just had to on this one because it really should be overall rated higher. Admittedly I am a sci-fi fan and if you are not or into "tech" then I can understand that. But the gameplay was engaging and challenging and unique. Definitely recommend that you try it to see for yourself.
Soundtrack is not great; mute and use your own music

I love this game format and thus the 3 stars because it is fun to play. The soundtrack on this one is awful, but I just muted and played my own music. Definitely a buy if you can deal with this.
Not like any other game and nice change from that. Lovely story telling with no dialogue. Visually amazing, fun gameplay. If you liked Leaves you will like this although this game is much easier.

Really enjoyed this until I reached level 6 and it was near impossible to discern the distance between the hexes. After three resets decided not to buy. Would likely buy if this could be fixed.
I like puzzles and the ones here were mostly easy, but the production quality of this game over all made up for not being stumped. Thoroughly enjoyable, relaxing and fun.
I never post reviews, but just had to for this fun and creative game. The artwork, storyline, extras...even within scenes the developers have put in some fun little extras in almost every one. Puzzles and HOS challenging enough but fun enough. Especially delightful if you are familiar with Alice in Wonderland characters.
I like more adventure and less HOS and this game was perfect in that respect. Unlike others, I like having lots of stuff in inventory and having to figure out what to do next. That is part of the fun. Puzzles were a mix between hard and easy. I also like the fantasy story lines versus the horror ones. Enjoyed the bonus game play also which I thought was pretty rich.
The residents of Bitterford, Maine have fallen prey to a terrible curse. It’s up to you to unravel the series of mysterious events that led to the town’s downfall and uncover the evil that was responsible.
Really dissappointed as I have throughly enjoyed all other MCF games. Acting bad, story bad, too much video. Stratgey guide no help at all. Did not even play bonus content
