The story line was great and the game would be good on its SE, but the CE failed miserably. Though there was some things to like. Like a good story line. The game flow was not smooth at all and there was a lot more then average nonsense moves. Like investigating the guys room while he stands there letting you go through his personal belongs to name one. The guy at the desk not believing you when you saw a kidnapping. The kidnapping of the first man in the hall way. I can not recall them going into the mans room. I had thought they had disappeared while in the hall way yet in the mans room once I made a key there was indication that the kidnapping took place in the room through the window. Then you have the first mans phone and he calls you on it to tell you where he is being held. Hmmmm....
The talking parts were cheaply done, The game just seemed haphazard a bit. I might wait till I can get this one as a SE and for free. Bottom of my to buy list.
Things I liked. Characters were ok, Scenery was just okay, critter action, good amount of HO's and puzzles, Easy game for beginners and really good story line.
The mountain town of Glockenverk is in the grip of a dramatic and deadly cold spell. Set out with your trusty feline friend, Mr. Jenkins, to crack the case!
Easy breezy game. Good characters, Nice puzzles, fairly good HO's, Cut scenes were okay, Jump map was good, Lots to do, Collect frozen snowflakes, and Critter Action. Game flow was nice, but the game did not thrill me. I would still buy it, but not my favorite game. Bottom of the to buy list thought the graphics were nice. There was just something missing about the game and maybe to tired to figure it out right now.
3 1/2 stars to this Batty game. Love the open on how she had to escape. Characters were good. Game has some intrigue. The HO's were a lot of shadow with a mix finding hidden pairs. Puzzles were nice and cut scenes fairly good. Entertaining enough to keep my interest. There are morphing objects to find, collecting stain glass piece that do not look like much and not sure if there is a room to view them as I did not look for it. Also collected little critters wearing outfits. I think they were mice or dressed up bats and were cute and liked finding those. The stained glass hidden pieces I just did not get. They were not beautiful or different enough to warrant me wanting to find them.
Creepy game with tons in inventory and great open page before play. How deep is that well you were in. Is it a dream or are you dead. Ba Ha ha ha.
With family like this you got to run you got to take cover. What ever you do don't eat or drink anything.
This game had collectibles hobby horses, HO's that were mostly working puzzles and a Morphing HO's. The characters were great and very well portrayed. The music set the motion. I swear the buzzing Nat's in one location zinged with the beat of the music. lol.
This game is a must play and not for children. Goes near the top of the To Buy List.
Very good story line in this game. Game play hit a bump along the way. It took some doing to find out why the door to the porch would not open after I made the acid potion and what to do with it. Other then that good game. Easy puzzles, critter action, Very simple HO's, collectible gems If that was what they were, and jump map.
I was wondering what to expect of this game sense those I fallow are split on 5 and 3 stars so I took the middle with four stars. I really like this game. Nice art work, jump map, excellent working HO's. I especially like the armor HOP. Critter action, Good characters, Ambiance which flows with game, nice game flow, Good inventory, and plenty to do. Not the most exciting game I have played but I like it. Goes on my to buy list.
I recommend this game!

Mystery Tales: Alaskan Wild Collector's Edition
Call on the animal spirits to help find your sister.
This game was fair. Not bad, but not out of this world great. I would buy it on sale.
The stuff that was nice is descent HO's and you can switch to a match 3 game. This game had a nice front page with some action to it, Characters were good, critter action, collectible figures, take pics of wild life and collect, and good inventory and jump map.
At one point an Item I had which was the air pump. I tried to put it on the truck and it disappeared. I backed out went back into location. Still missing from my inventory. So I hit the hint button and it indicated the women at truck and I clicked on her and in my inventory box another item moved slightly left and out from behind it came the air pump which then slide to the next empty spot to the right so I could then click on the air pump finally and give it to the women. Really weird how the one item hid behind another inside my inventory list.
Voice overs were a little off, but good enough. Near the bottom of my to buy list.
Game frozen up on me would not let me zoom into house to take the carpet to find the rabbit. The picture board with what looks like wall type mailboxes. Froze up. I had to restart the game 3 times to just play the demo.
Ok the game has great potential and many things I did like. Most characters were good, and cut scenes were ok, Had critter action, working HO's, and descent puzzles. Simple game and the music and ambiance was good except once in a while a noise was thrown into the music that sounded like the noise a space ship would make in a B rated sci fi from the 50's
Can you find the girl and stop the shakes. This game is totally Awesome. Game of The Year Maybe. Love the interaction on the front page before you play. There was a lot going on in this game. The back ground movements was top of the line. I had to stop playing a few times just to watch the movement. Like the Plane oh and that Raccoon at the beginning as adorable. See him watching me in some places. Almost want to name the game Can You Find Me. Just because of that girl and that Raccoon. lol.
HO's you had to solve an issue to get one to open. Working HO's, Build Items, Solve Simple puzzles, collect globes, good enough on Characters, good back ground music, and good cut scenes. Goes to the top of my to buy list.
This game was fantastic. Nice balance of inventory, task, collectibles, and cut scenes. I am wondering though if I missed some emblems that are coin shaped others close enough to coin shape. Did not find my first collectible until the third scene. The game has it all. High adventure, explosions, kidnappings, Poison, magic, and critter action. The HO's were not to fancy but what an inventory. Lots of it. Was great game and must go on my to buy list.
