This game was very fun and the graphics and music and sound all great.
The hint button is a little tricky so you have to have the time to figure it out. Love the owl and the dragon in the last game and was glad to see them again in this game.
An old woman tricks Melissa into wearing a cursed ring that makes her go into an everlasting sleep. Use magical potions and spells to save her from the curse!
This is a good HO game. Family friendly so far during the 60 play. The graphics were great the voices were good. The game has got some good potential.
Problems. The black out between areas was very annoying. Then also the lips not moving with the talking was annoying. The game itself was a little slow and had a hard time staying awake, but I am tired so maybe that was just it.
The game is good for kids and beginners. I hope if they make a collector edition they ramp it up and fix it up.
From the very first few moments of the game I was all smiles. My game got interrupted and had to wait till the next day to try and play the rest of my 60 min.
Wow. Nice little surprises. Tons of stuff going on all over the place. Nice HOs. Graphics and interruptions of story were excellent. The story played out and made me feel I was part of the story.
Some of the voice overs were slightly Corney and made me giggle. I will be adding this game to my list of must have.
I like this game, but the sound and back ground noise was so annoying I had to turn if off. They missed big time. Don't these people try to play for an hour to see if this stuff grates on the nerves when they make these games?
Also it had some technical difficulties. If they work out the kinks I would like to try it again.
I almost did not like this game, but stuck it out. I did not mind too much for the cartoon effect. I personally prefer beautifully drawn out scenes, but the cartoon effect worked for this one. The rest of the graphics were great. I was a bit disappointed at the beginning, but slowly got better as it went along. It was a bit different and would not mind owning the game.
So a slow start for me, but it grew on me and I like it. One, two, three, four, five see if you can stay alive. Seven, eight, nine, ten you might cry, but then again...........
I enjoyed this game. Graphics were good. Love the skeleton puzzle. Another game to add to my collection. Like having to use the water well differently then most. Nothing new but a break from the old routine.
I read the revieww and thought uh oh a game with a poor hint button. It worked out just fine. The hint button indicated the area I could work on when I had the item available to connect it with. The game was very busy and I do not mind a full items bar. I like how I had to open something to get to a HO scene and the puzzles were cute.
I will be buying this game. The graphics were great. I hope the Collectors addition allows the people to be heard when they talk. The sentences read a little to quick on one or two areas where I had no control of how long to read. Also a journal is handy at times though I rarely use them. The map was okay and the task menu was good to have on hand.
This game has everything in it. It had some cute puzzles that would delight even younger folks. Not to scary. Lots to do and the acting, graphics, everything was just right on target. I can hardly wait till pay day to buy this one. I put it up there with my top ten favorites.
I can hardly wait to buy this game. The graphics and story line are all very good. It kept my interest had plenty to do. It is almost a perfect game. My only draw back with the game is the hint button showed me what to do in a room I already knew what to do but had not found the tool yet in which to comply. I was stuck and wanted to know where to go next. It took a few attempts of a lot of back and forth to figure out how to use what I already had. This game is going to be difficult to get through without a descent hint button.
I did not think I would like this game, but I did. It was a bit different then what I am use to and the hit button help a lot. The story line was excellent. The HO's were not very dressy, but had some interaction which I like. The rooms seem somewhat barren but that may have been a point in the story. Do labs and such have very few item per room? I like my eyes greeted with many things. All in all I like the game and the collectors addition if one is made should be excellent.
