This game exceeds all expectations for a HOG. The storyline is great, graphics and sound are clear and distinct. I was actually pulled in emotionally which is a first!
The storyline is different which is a nice change of pace. I assume you read the outline before download so I hate to give anything away as far as that goes.
HOS are not the usual kind, look for a number of one particular object (usually 12); i.e. silver objects, cylindrical objects, etc.
The puzzles in the demo were on the easy side so it's anyone's game.
You're asked to play with the sound on. I didn't find it obtrusive. Graphics are clean.
I think I'm going to wait for the SE on this one because I have the feeling it's going to be pretty short and you may not feel like you get your money's worth.
I really like this game. It's been awhile since a game caught me off guard with a twist right in the beginning which pulls you in to see what else they've got!
The storyline has got my attention. I've already purchased the game and hope it's as good as it seems thus far ... the crazy professor and a ship wreck .... who can ask for more?
The graphics are clear. Can't give you an opinion on sound, I usually have it off unless it states to keep it on..
The HOS are okay, wasn't looking for any horseshoes .... The game is rather easy, great for a beginner who's just starting to play.
I am not a huge fan of this type of HOS (finding items for a particular object), so I immediately frowned. I've been waiting for an adventuresome, intriguing and challenging game, but for me this was not it. I found myself lost and I didn't get very far before the demo was over. I rarely use hints or the guide but found myself in there more than I would like and I got lost in the guide. Maybe not a good night. I'm going to sit back and wait for other reviews as it seems the concept could pull you in.
I don't recommend this game and hope you guys can change my mind!
I just finished the demo and it was okay, a little slow for me. The game is a search of Aaron looking for his father through the paintings he created which he hoped help him get some clues on what happened to him. The story line is slow, as even during the entire demo, the father was not brought into it except through one picture. I'm on the fence with this game as to whether or not I will buy it. I'm going to wait until other players finish the entire game and review it. I have some coupons which I would be willing to use if the reviews were good, but would not buy it outright.
If you like a slower type gameplay wherein you don't have to run around all over the place, this may be good for you.
I can't say I would recommend it at this time, but at the same time I don't want to dissuade anyone who might like to play a game that is not challenging throughout. Try the demo first. This game has the same feel as another Aaron Crane game, if that helps.

I usually am not a fan of a cartoony-type games, but this one is actually a lot of fun to play and at the same time the hidden object scenes and puzzles are somewhat challenging and time-consuming to complete,i.e. soduko.
The graphics are clear, sound is distinct.
Having only played the demo, I've chosen to buy the game and recommend you give it a try as well.
Pulled into the storyline immediately! Tremendous HOS game.

I ran the download for the first hour. After playing for about 30 minutes, I stopped and preceded to download the CE. I am usually watchful to pay the games as they came out on primary storyline. But lately, theres been exceptions and this is one of them.
I do recommend biting the bullet and download the full version. Let me know what you think.

I didn't enjoy this game, was slow and didn't have much of a story line. The HOSs and puzzles were pretty straightforward and, again, better suited for someone who is trying this type of game experience as a newbie. For those folks you may be able to gain some knowledge of basics for tougher games. This would be a good game for him/her.
Graphics were okay as well as sound. I would not recommend for intermediate or expert players.

This review is based on the demo only, but I as I write this I am downloading the full game. The graphics and sound are great and I agree with the developer of the game to play it with the lights off and sound on.
This is a thriller that starts right from the gate. As you awaken, you are in a closed down hospital and you have already been injected with an agent that will kill you unless you find the antidote. Of course, the crazy doctor is there to taunt you along the way.
This is the kind of game that I love to play. HOSs appear easy but there's a lot of other interaction in this adventure that keeps you involved.

I truly enjoyed this game. It's well worth the money to buy the CE. The game was long, graphics were great and the predator at times was actually comical.
If you haven't bought this one already, at least play the demo and give it a try. It will not disappoint you!
