It started out great but a few chapters in things started repeating. First a Hidden Object Scene, then another until it was all the same scenes. The types of puzzles started to be the same but worse of all they started throwing in children's puzzles. By that I don't mean simple for adults, I mean simple for small children. I was disappointed. I've always been a fan of these games but I felt cheated by this one.
I don't recommend this game.

I do not enjoy this type of game. I like most of the travel games but there are a few I just can't stand. I never can remember which they are until I try them out. This is one of those type games. First there are not any puzzles in between scenes. Second, you have to have a certain amount of stars to open the next location. If you don't have enough stars then you have to keep playing the same location/scene over until you earn more stars. This type game just irritates me to no end.
I don't recommend this game.

This game had a lot of potential. It would have been a definite buy for me if it had let me play the game. I had it in the 'Relaxed' mode. To me relax means no pressure of any kind.
It had these wonderful little mini games that would pop up at random times. There was a hidden object where you had to find an exact amount of a particular item. There was also a type of solitaire card game. Another game was a mahjong game. It was a pretty good size mahjong game compared to other games that offer Mahjong as a bonus mini game.
The problem lie in the amount of help provided. Relax usually means you have an endless amount of time to find the answer or solution you are seeking as your next game move or puzzle action. The people that made this game must have thought is was react instead of relax. It showed me every tile set to match. It did so in such a quick manner that never allowed me a chance to find the tiles myself.
It did this though out the entire main match 3 game and all the mini games but none were as bad as when playing the mahjong mini game. For my taste any help is too much when it is on relax mode. Being that it is a fairly easy and straight forward game, there is no need for hand holding. I tried to ride it out thinking it will stop with the 'hints' but I became so frustrated that I uninstalled it 9 min. before the demo was over.
It could easily have become one of my favorite games in the match 3 genre if only it had let me play the game without all the in game help. Give it a try. Maybe it won't bug you as bad as it did me.
I recommend this game!

The game tried so hard to provide instructions that it ended up being more of a hindrance than a help. I had never played this game so I needed a touch of guidance. You could choose full tutorial, no tutorial, or help only on special parts. I chose the later. If that was limited help, the full tutorial would have driven me batty. If it were not for that, the game would definitely have been five stars for me.
I don't recommend this game.

The game starts out great but about half way through the demo I started getting bored. There was not as much variety as I was expecting after reading all the reviews, so I was a little disappointed there. What really made my decision was when the match 3 game kept pointing out matches. This is a big pet peeve of mine. If I had lingered there for a while then it would have been understandable but I hadn't. I don't like to be pushed along by the game as a default. I like to play the game myself, my way, & in my time.
I don't recommend this game.

I was excited to play this game and thought about purchasing it without playing the trial. It didn't take long to figure out that I had made a wise choice by playing the trial first. This maybe an OK daily deal but nothing more.
There were many varieties of puzzles. This game would have been stellar if they had stepped it up a couple of notchs. The amount of hand holding in the first 10 min. was ridiculous. Instead of giving you more of my impressions of the game, I'm going to opt instead for examples.
*Jigsaw puzzle consisted of 12 huge pieces.
*Mahjong had numbers 5 thru 9 on the tiles which made for only 5 available matches.
*Match 3 wasn't too bad. The tiles were large with about 7 in each row up & down.
*Memory hidden object had 5 items.
*Word search consisted of about 10 words with most all going in same directions.
*Varying types of hidden object puzzles was a great concept but there weren't enough objects in each type of list (10 or there about was the max).
*Difference puzzles had objects which were mostly large and obvious.
The saving grace for this game was the decorating. That part I enjoyed even though there were only seven items to make decisions on.
Try it before you buy it. That is the motto to live by when on Big Fish.
I don't recommend this game.

Nothing particularly new or interesting with this game.
There were only two tile sets to choose from. One had characters and one was the standard plain tiles.
You collect gold pieces which are the last tiles to turn over. You pay to play, choosing between a small, medium, or large layout. That is your only choice.
I quit and uninstalled after 10 minutes so that is all I have to go on. On down the line you build but it wasn't interesting enough to play long enough to find out.
This one is a pass for me
I don't recommend this game.

This is a good game for someone that needs a fundamental brain workout. The health profession recommends that everyone should do some kind of brain work-out a few times a week. This helps keep you sharp as you age and helps to fight diseases like Dementia and Alzheimer's.
I play all types of online puzzle and word games. I buy PC Hidden Object, Mahjong, etc. but my all time favorites are 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles. If I were not used to such variety, I might have enjoyed the game more. If your brain work-out consists of changing channels or texting then this game would do you good.
The game is cute but anyone that likes to really challenge themselves will probably enjoy the first 15 min., then keep playing another 15 min. like I did just to figure out what kind of game the Spin the Wheel icons stood for. The game gets repetitious pretty quickly. That's where I start yawning. The game is worth playing the trial but I can't imagine very many true Puzzlers playing this game over and over or for hours on end.
I recommend this game!

HOGs like this are my favorite type of game. I have all of this series and the other similar series.
This one was a disappointment compared to the rest. The scenes have become cluttered with ridiculous objects. There is no rhyme or reason to most of it. There were scenes in there that I'm pretty sure were in a past game. They were scenes and objects exactly like scenes I have played before and since this is a new game I could not have played it. I feel cheated. New game should be all new.
I recommend this game!

There have been a lot of reviews that stated they played this game with children. Make no mistake, this is not a child's game. They may enjoy watching you play and even helping some but they would not be able to play by themselves. It is a fairly simple game but not that simple. I enjoyed the game immensely.
I recommend this game!
