This original adventure game explores a love story between two beautiful souls through ingenious humor and a bizarre, hand-drawn, frame-by-frame animation style.

I was so looking forward to playing the demo because the visual looked wonderful. But trying to navigate this game with no dialogue and no understandable cues - after 10 minutes of being completely mystified and going around in circles, I gave up. I simply couldn't follow what was going on in the story. Very very disappointing - I wanted to LOVE this game because it looked so different and so intriguing. I'm sure it all makes perfect logical sense to the developers but the rest of us really need some direction.
I don't recommend this game.

Slow. Tedious. Way too long. And the story line had nothing to do with Christmas, other than the fact that one of the characters is supposed to be Santa but bears no resemblance to good St. Nick at all. I don't know who this is supposed to appeal to.
I don't recommend this game.

The storyline is entertaining and well written. The solitaire is progressively more challenging with each level. If you are like me and want to play a perfect hand each time, you'll be hitting the Retry button often!
I also love the atmosphere of the game. It's beautifully rendered, and the game music is lovely.
I have replayed it many many times and don't plan to stop any time soon!
I recommend this game!

I'm a big fan of the PuppetShow games, but this one was not in the same league as the others as far as game play went. The visuals were really beautiful, the premise was suitably twisted, but the puzzles were way too simple (when you could understand the instructions).
The voice actors were fairly good, much better than the previous games. However, the written dialogue and the hints throughout the game were obviously translated by someone whose English was basic at best.
Also the game was much shorter than we're used to with previous PuppetShow games. So - simple game play, bad English, short game = tepid review. Not in the same league as its predecessors. But if you like a steampunk themed game, which I do, it's still worth a play - so I'll give it a recommendation.
I recommend this game!

I love a good mystery and have always been a big fan of Murder, She Wrote, the TV series. Loved the first game but this one is even better. It doesn't have as many episodes but they're well crafted and the game play is more challenging than the first game. I'm glad they brought back the same voice actors, all of whom do a fine job. I especially love Seth! And so glad they stayed in the 70's and didn't try to update it for "today's audience", which everyone else seems to be doing. Thank you for another great game. Now if we can just get another Agatha Christie Hercule Poirot game, I'll be perfectly happy.
I recommend this game!

Everyone is frightened by the sights and sounds of something large stumbling through the darkness. Can you solve the mystery before the monster adds another chapter to this legend?

I thought the mystery itself was intriguing and the puzzles were sufficiently challenging, but the never-ending dialogue bogs the game play down and there doesn't seem to be any way to skip to the next line to speed things up. I enjoyed the voice actors, the characters were interesting. I particularly liked Lukas and Renata. But I found the navigation to be clunky and awkward and sometimes confusing. I would appreciate some shortcuts so I don't have to cover the same ground over and over and over and over and over again. For much of the game the Hint Hotline was useless. And I really don't care about Nancy and Ned's relationship so that just made for annoying interruptions to the flow of the game. The phone conversations with Frank Hardy were also quite pointless.
I recommend this game!
