I had lots of problems with it erroring at a specific point. It was where I put the customer on their animal of choice, then it just stopped. I unistalled and re-installed a couple of times. I thought maybe it was just the tutorial level, so I skipped it, but it happened again.
About the game play, it was unclear on objectives. Other time management games I have played are specific on what you need and what you will encounter. I also found that it took forever to upgrade the shop and you were limited to only 5 spots per level. It kind of takes the point away from earned or paid for upgrades.
The people were kind of cute though.
