Being a lover of jigsaws, I was thrilled to discover this new set of "Royal" puzzles. They were close when they said a thousand puzzles, there are actually 904 in total.... 4 boxes that each contain 226 puzzles. An exceptional variety of puzzles from early to modern architecture, a variety of beautiful birds, dogs, horses, fish, and even a camel, flowers, statues, castles and pretty much all things regal and royal! There is no "storyline" which appeared to disappoint one reviewer but I might add jigsaw puzzles to my knowledge don't have a story line, you do them as a relaxing pastime. Puzzles on the computer are advantageous over regular jigsaws if you don't have the space to do them in. I enjoy puzzles from a box too, but tricky to do unless you have something large enough to work on when doing the bigger ones.
You have your choice here to rotate the pieces or not and you can choose the number of pieces. One I looked at you could choose up to 308 pieces, there may be ones with more to choose from but I just checked a few at random. Certainly with 904 puzzles you have lots to choose from and will keep you busy for quite a while. The graphics are great and super clear, the background music is not great but can be turned off giving you the opportunity of either no music, or just play your own tunes.
As usual, try before you buy, but this one for me was a buy! Great selection, very colorful puzzles!
Under the protection of the gods lies a proud Roman city! Construct monuments, collect resources and use your match-3 skills to diffuse the war between Jupiter, Juno, Neptune and Mars!
First off, I don't like timers and unfortunately no choice here. Game seemed almost "disjointed" Don't think this would even be good for beginners as there's too much stuff going on at once and may be a bit confusing. You can make matches while tiles are falling but seems to be slow. I thought this was going to be a good game but not this time, not for me. There are sooooo many other great games out there, I would not waste my money or a game credit on this one. In fact I deleted it before the trial was up. Sorry developers. Don't recommend but as usual, try before you buy.
The other reviewers have summed it up. The game starts ok, graphics nice, was enjoying it, when I hit the level with those flippin beetles! They crawl back over the board and put back the blue squares you have managed to get rid of. I don't have the patience to keep trying to get rid of them, seems like this may become an impossible obstacle as the game progresses. Completely agree with the reviewer who said they play games to relax and not become stressed. Those bugs make me want to get the bug spray. Enough for me, definitely won't be buying.
A UFO is rumored to have landed in the small town of Tundel and the mayor is trying to conceal it. Run your own journalistic investigation and learn the truth behind the event!
This has to be one of the worst, stupidest games on the planet. I tried to play the trial but it absolutely made no sense whatsoever. I for one have no patience for this kind of garbage, I couldn't find anything nice to say about it other than there are so many good games out there, and I totally couldn't waste my time on this one. Please try before you buy. I have no clue how it got all those glowing reviews???
I love pirate themed games and was really impressed when I first downloaded the trial. Graphics were gorgeous at the beginning and it was great to have a choice in playing modes, however that's about where it ended. The colors and shapes of the gems sort of all blended together and after a while it was a bit hard on the eyes to find matches. I prefer games with more contrasting tiles. Also had a lot of problems with stalling and "freezing" for a few seconds during play, don't know if it's the game or my computer but my computer is less than a year old and runs great otherwise. The custom cursor also was a problem with movement, so I changed to the normal cursor which helped, but the stalling thing didn't quit. When you would make a match over tiles to remove them, it would make a "zapping" sound that made me crazy. Sounded like short electrical outbursts that you would hear on cartoons etc. If I had decided to keep the game I would have definitely turned the sound off which I don't usually do unless it really gets to me.
Otherwise, it's the typical M3 with ropes to break through and tiles to remove and I have found much better games out there. Sorry to have to put a "reject" sign on this one, it's definitely not for me and on the basis of the problems indicated, I cannot recommend. Hopefully other players won't encounter the problems I had, but as usual, always try before you buy.
This one could have been much better. Some of my favourite games are design related so thought I would give this a try. I was completely bored after about 15 minutes of trying to figure things out, but bottom line is I will NOT pay to purchase to keep the game playing. This is just a cash grab and detest those other games that do the same thing. You are much better off to go for regular games than to keep sinking money into one game.
I was blown away by this gorgeous game. The beautiful graphics, the general layout with the map so you can just click where you want to be. If you love match 3 games you will LOVE this one. Completely different than your basic M3 but very entertaining, a lot of fun because it's not all that hard, just towards the end it take a bit longer to finish a round but nothing impossible. Timed or untimed modes, cute story and parts made me laugh. Even the scary guys can be funny. I won't ramble, everyone has pretty much summed up what the game is about, but this is truly one of the best M3s out there! I completely recommend!!!
I agree with other reviewers who had a problem with the moving gameplay. I just find it really annoying that I cannot see the whole board at once, it almost seems too big for the screen or something so it has to keep moving. Big thumbs down for that one. I would recommend this game if the shifting screen doesn't bother you, otherwise be prepared for a bit of motion problems. I wanted to like this game, it's really well done otherwise. If you are not sure, just make sure and try before you buy. Unfortunately I won't be buying this one.
Loved the gorgeous graphics and the music was good and not intrusive, however I just do not like having to make matches next to the coins in order to collect them. I just played part of the trial and although completed some of the levels, can definitely see how this will get rather challenging, not to mention probably frustrating. Will have to pass on this one even though I am a big M3 fan, but will recommend it for others who don't mind this type of M3 game.

Don't think this game is even that good for kids, there is just too much junk to go through, I was not impressed and am sure kids would be frustrated as well. Deleted trial after about 10 minutes. There are much better games out there, couldn't even bring myself to buy this at the DD price. Do trial before you buy.
