If you're an 80's geek like me, you'll enjoy this fun trivia game. There are about 3000 questions about every conceivable thing from the 80's..depending on how much you remember, they range from super easy to "I have no clue"..#The graphics are kind of cheesy and Martha's voice gets a bit annoying, but you can turn her off# =-) I'm having a blast playing it and reliving those great teenage years back in the 80's...Radical!

I just played the demo and will definitely be buying this game. The visuals are good, the story is fun and there are lots of places to go and things to pick up. This is a H/O adventure game taking place in New Orleans at Mardi Gras. It has a creepy, over the top villain who can summon a bizarre 'blockade'...won't say more, don't want to spoil the fun! I would definitely recommend this, can't wait to play the full version!

First, I bought the CE, which has some nice extras, including extra game play, but this is for the actual game itself. I found this to be extremely unique and fun to play. I'm terrified of clowns, but luckily this one didn't show up too often...LOL. The graphics were crisp and clear, the atmosphere was spooky, the puzzles challenging. I did need the skip a few times, but that's a blond thing...hh...The game play itself was linear and easy to follow, and the objects kept made sense. This game was super fun to play and I would definitely recommend it. On a last note, the 'crunchy' sound effect in the H/O scenes when you picked up your items became almost addictive for me...LOL Get this game, it's awesome!

This was a thoroughly enjoyable game for me. The graphics are dreamy yet clear, the story was unique and the gameplay was linear and easy to follow. The H/O scenes were beautiful as well, and the objects not impossible to find. It was very similar to Return To Ravenhearst in these qualities. I like the fact that things you find along the way make 'sense' to the gameplay# There is not tedious repetition with scenes, and the way the game moved from lo#ation to lo#ation was interesting and unique# I would absolutely recommend this, it is a lot of fun and very immersive! =-# #for some reason, the periods and 'c's are being replaced by the # sign...not sure why#

I had seen the preview for this game before and waited several months for it and was most definitely not disappointed. Almost all of the game takes place under water in this surreal and utterly cool landscape. You meet interesting characters, solve challenging puzzles and play beautiful and 'do-able' H/O scenes. I've played it several times already and will continue to play it off and on. My only complaint about this game is that it ended! I would seriously recommend this game for those who love H/O Adventure games!!!! One of my faves!

I didn't find this game to be "scary" per se, but it had a gloomy, surreal atmosphere that hooked me. It didn't have the best graphics I've seen, but the sort of haziness added to the atmosphere. I did need some hints on where to 'go next' a couple times, but otherwise it was pretty easy to follow. The H/O scenes were 'do-able' without being too easy or too hard. The puzzles ranged from somewhat easy to challenging, depending on your skill level with certain things. I would recommend this game; it's perfect for a dark, rainy night alone!
I judge the quality of the games I play by how well I get 'sucked in' to the story. This was one of the games I found very immersive. The story was different than the usual, the graphics and sound effects were spooky and the line of reasoning was fairly clear to follow. The H/O scenes were good; some were 'busy', but not impossible. I would recommend this to adults only. I found it to be a great game!
I agree with the other review; the graphics were really stunning at first; I came across a lot of scenes I wanted for computer wallpaper...=-)...but later they did change. This was a unique story line, with semi-challenging puzzles and good H/O scenes. My favorite part was the accent of the main character...East End, London? Anyway, it was a fun, unique game...use your game codes for it and you won't be disappointed. =-)
I really enjoyed this game; have played it a couple times already. The graphics are beautiful and spooky, the story is unique, the H/O scenes are well done, but not impossible, good length of game. There were a couple times where I wasn't sure what to do, but once you get around a couple times, you can figure it out. I would highly recommend this game for those who like period/historical themes. Another hit from BF! =-)
I had been playing some hidden object games, including the prequel to this. When my mom and I got this game, we were SO IMPRESSED at the graphics; it was the first time we'd played a game with real people as characters. The graphics were so cool then and still are. It was a spooky and disturbing story, great atmosphere, VERY immersive. Good music, challenging mini games and great HO scenes. I think anyone who likes HO Adventure games should definitely get this!! Will always be a favorite, along with Dire Grove.
