I thought I'd give the demo a try to see what Reading the Dead was all about. The hidden objects where so small I couldn't see most of them. Then theres the reading of the characters, the dialog was petty and it just wasn't a fun game.
This is definatly the kind of game that is beautifully done and you need to be kinda brilliant to solve. What was so frustrating is you don't know what you have to do next about 98 percent of the time. I had to keep going back to the walk though to figure it out. If you want a serious challange this is the game for you. Good luck!

I thought this game was incredable. It's very engaging, keeps you wondering and wanting to save the patients. It took me a good 5 hours to go through without any help. If you like fast pace and super creepy this IS the game for you. I do want to mention this game is very graphic and it caters to the criminaly insane. There are storys you read that even made me cring. If you can handle that...great. Try the demo. And then buy.
I played the demo and stoped less than half way through. The graphics where good. The voice overs where ok. It didn't catch my attention and hold it. It became boring after a while. I do recomend checking out the demo.

I was drawn to the 17th century story line. The graphics are fantastic. It can draw you in at times and in others, it lacks creativity. I can see why people really enjoy this game. For me it was just Ok.
I love the story of Alice in Wonderland but have yet to find a game that really lives up to it. I tried this one and it would be great for a young child to play. Very amiture.
I just got done playing the trial and have purchased it. I love the spookyness of the game. The storyline is great as well as the graphics. One of my new favorites now!
This is a fun game if your looking for a fairly easy HOS. There are a couple of things that I found a bit annoying. Everytime you hit the hint button, the cat meows. The graphics are hand drawn which is a downer, but easily got over it. The music is great. Over all, if your looking to find something to do that doesn't take much brain power. This is the game for you. I like it.
If you love all things Celtic, you will love this game. It's a puzzle game and HOS. The music is beautiful and the graphics are good. Great mini-games and was pulled in on in the first 5 minutes.
