I love Pinecreek Hills. I wish it were a real place, but at least in this virtual park, we'll never have forest fires. As usual, I purchased this right away without bothering with the trial. I haven't been disappointed! There are familiar things and new things, and all are fun and interesting. I can't wait to see what this summer's Pinecreek Hills vacation holds! I hope I can help out at the vet clinic....These developers have done an amazing job creating a place that so many of us love.
I don't even do the trial anymore with Suricate's games. I immediately purchased this when I saw it and played for a few minutes. WOW. It's stunning and has so many features. I particularly like the fish manager! I look forward to customizing my fish! The first Atlantis game took me quite a while to finish and this CE will take even longer. So pleased with it.
I want to go to Pinecreek! I want to ride the Bluewaters Queen, hike up by Old Man Rock, and stay at the Treehouse Lodge! I have all the HOGs from this company (I'm hoping to go on a new cruise later this summer). I was really looking forward to Park Ranger 11 and I haven't been disappointed. It's good to see the same people and places and to visit new ones. Now if you'll excuse me, I don't want to be late for my class at the academy.
Usually, these come out earlier in December, so I was glad to see this one today. I also had to download some C++ modules from Microsoft, but at least I got the full hour's trial. I started replaying CW10 yesterday out of desperation. I was kind of annoyed that the first two levels were almost identical to 10. However, after that, both the levels and the story were different so no problem there. There are also a bunch of standalone puzzles which I always like. It looks like the art is slightly different. It's a little more convoluted and unclear. Overall, though, this is a good addition to my CW collection and I'm glad to finally have it.
This latest Clutter iteration has everything I like about Joe's games and then some. It's infinitely customizable and like other Clutters, will keep me entertained until the next Clutter is released. That's not the case with a lot of other games. I'll play them once or twice, then get bored and not play them for a year. It's also great to know the developer behind these games. Check Joe out on Facebook! He regularly interacts with his fans. He's a good guy!

This is my second Clutter game, with Clutter IV being my first. I plan to purchase the first three so I have some idea of what Joe's talking about here. :) Plus, I can never get enough Clutter!
I really liked the storyline and reading about the evolution of Joe's thought process and games. It's clear they're a piece of his heart. The quotes, the song lyrics, the pictures, love them. What I DON'T love is Close Counts. Maybe it's the OCD in me, but I want the satisfaction of finding and clicking the same object twice. I wish there were a way to opt-out of them like the other variations like shadowplay and black and white, etc. After about the 20th time of skipping Close Counts games, I gave up the quest and went to Extreme Clutter. I was blissfully clicking away and all of a sudden...Close Counts!! Nooooo! :(
Someone's probably already commented on this, but there's a typo in the "Landscapes, Abstracts...." puzzle. It says "Ladscapes". xoxo

....I absolutely love this game, but I loved RR2 quite a bit more. The story is hokey (and sexist: pregnant wifey stays home and await her conquering hero husband to return home) and with the fires, the smithy and everything else to run around for things get pretty distracting.
But the graphics are beautiful, the challenge is just right for me and I still highly recommend it if you liked RR1 or RR2. Bring on RR4!
I'm a big My Kingdom For The Princess fan (all three) and this game is quite similar. It took me a little while to get used to the differences, but once I did I couldn't stop playing. I guess I'm happy to see that there are two more in the series, but once again my work will suffer! ;)
